If I could I would have given 0 stars. These idiots at this facility confirmed my dog's grooming appointment at least 5 times. I drove all the way from Joliet and dropped my dog off and received a call 5 minutes later saying my dog was behind his shots. They didn't know this when the appointment was scheduled?!? They didn't think to remind me in July prior to his shots expiration?!? They didn't think to tell me the numerous times I was there to pickup his medication once a month?!? I refuse to be taken advantage of by these con artists that work at Boughton Square. I immediately transferred my dog out and now belong to a better vet that is extremely cost effective and not about the money and trying to scam people. You lost me as a customer
I recommend people to take your fur babies somewhere else, that truly care for your animals instead of trying to run a scam on people! As mentioned earlier, I found a new vet that will be handling his vaccinations and grooming for way cheaper than what was quoted by Boughton Square!

Went in to buy dinner for me and my son. The ladies at the counter were so kind and made me feel so welcomed. Amanda offered such great customer service. So stopped everything to take my order with such care. Amanda even made sure to make sure I signed up for reward points. She even pointed out all the daily specials. If management is reading this please give Amanda a pay increase!

Thank you for being so amazing! I highly recommend this clinic they are wonderful! The staff was great the vet was great ! They really did a great job at making sure my dog and myself were comfortable and answered all my questions and concerns. I have to say the facility is beautiful and well kept. The pricing is unbelievably affordable. I made a ton of calls searching for a vet and I finally found an affordable one. My dog means the world to me and I’m so thankful the team here loves all the animals that come in.

I am very upset about how they treat my baby fur. They take care my baby for over 7 years Thank goodness only for preventions. Ginger got uterus bleeding and infection when I called and explained that this is an emergency they told me they are booked for couple days and I need to call vet home visit. Doctor Comeover and recommended emergency uterus removal. I called to my vet thinking they would be able to do emergency surgery I remember how many times I my appointment was reschedule because Dr performed emergency surgery but I was wrong they declined my fur baby claiming they are booked even that is emergency.

. Dr Pawlowski from home visit is amazing help me to find hospital call than schedule appointment in 2 hr my Ginger was after surgery it was life saving surgery. I my opinion this is ignorance I am not going beck to my previous vet . I am going to cancel all membership and extra charges. If your baby is health it is ok but in another case run away Agata

My Rottweiler has always had anxiety going to the vet until I came here! Before this vet I had to have him sedated before every visit. By the end of my first visit here my good boy was laying on his back for belly scratches!! Absolutely no sedatives needed. I highly recommend going here!!
