Es un lugar agradable y con una atencion excelente para los visitantes.
Hay personal bilingüe y no dejan entrar a demasiada gente tambien son muy exactos en las citas no tienes que esperar mucho a que atiendan a la mascota ademas de que los veterinarios tratan muy buen a las mascotas y respinden tidas tys dudas

The doctor was really kind. Dr. Duangkaew. She explained everything. She demonstrated what I needed to do and she didn’t make me feel like an idiot when I asked to try with her watching. There was a moment I kinda blanked out due to info overload, but she noticed and asked if I was understanding her correctly and mentioned her accent. It wasn’t her accent at all, I was panicking because I just got my baby dog and wanted to take everything in. Her energy was reassuring and she made sure to address all of my concerns. I really really loved the nurse or tech that met with us too! I’m sorry I didn’t get your name but she had a really really cool tattoo. She’s so sweet annd didn’t mind spending a little extra time going over food. I have a pug and I know they over eat so I was nervous and asked for her help and she didn’t hesitate. Olive is lucky to have this team.

Dr Lehal will always be my go to veterinarian! His intelligence and vast experience truly does set him apart from other vets I’ve met and I know I can always count on him to help my fur babies. I will be trusting him with all my veterinary needs for as long as I can. Dr Lerpen is my first call for any allergy issues with my pets and I’m beyond thankful for her dermatology expertise. The manager Maria is kind and compassionate and will always do what she can to help pets and clients, plus she can always give you a laugh when you need one. Tech Katie is absolutely wonderful and I love having her assist with my babes? over all I adore BVAH and all the staff there, definitely recommend.

Last week, I paid a visit because my dog was exhibiting unusual behavior. Upon arrival, the reception repeatedly questioned my presence even though I called ahead of time. This conduct left me feeling unsettled and unwelcomed. The receptionist even rolled her eyes at me before I left because I was asking too many questions. The veterinarian and technician were both amiable and sympathetic, which is the only reason I would go back. My dog is due for work up and hope to not interact with the Hispanic with long hair.

We have taken all of our dogs to Brookville Animal Hospital for the past 15+ years. They cared for our last two beagle sisters from when they were pups until they passed at the age of 13. Now Brookville Animal Hospital is caring for our new puppy (now 2 years old) and we couldn't be happier. The staff from the receptionists to technicians to vets are always friendly, helpful, and clearly interested in our pet's health. We completely trust Brookville Animal Hospital to care for Brody and would recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.
