Unprofessional staff, uncleanliness first impressions, small and cluttered. avoid this place and go somewhere else.. I brought my cat in because she would meow all night and I wanted to do a checkup to make sure she was okay. They charged me $200 for bloodwork which is understandable then she called me and said my cat has corona virus but she’s not positive.. okay? I asked what to test results were she said my cat is perfectly fine all the tests came back good. It feels they can’t diagnosis properly and took my money. Just go somewhere else if you want a better experience/save money, and make your animal feel better.

Bradley is not my regular vet but they were able to get my dog in right away. My dog Brady was a senior and unfortunately had underlying conditions out of anyone's control. I had to make the hardest decision I've ever made to put her to sleep. Bradley's team was incredible through such a painful time. Every person that helped us that day reassured me that I was making the right decision and was so compassionate. For being one of the worst experiences I've ever gone through their team was great. I really appreciated the card with my dog's paw prints as well. I'm so glad I have that to remember her.

This place is not professional at all. The front desk people are rude especially over the phone. It’s small and not the best sanitation and cleanliness at all. I was given the wrong amount of medication for my bunny infection and they want me to come in and pay for the error THEY made after I spent $120 for the medication in the first place. Very over price for poor services! $120 for this small bottle that they gave to me not even fully filled for 10 days & he has 3 more days left. I am in the medical field and they tried to tell me I did not know what 0.3mL is when it’s clearly on the syringe. Then the lady on the phone laughed at me before hanging up as if she was speaking to someone in the background about me. Very unprofessional!

If I could give this place 1000 stars, I would!
They squeezed me in with my pup that was severely sick, we then decided maybe u of I would be a good option to work on payments since I already had something open with them due to my cat having an emergency.
U of I failed to tell me they had no surgeons available at 4:30 at night, & I couldn’t make it back to Bradley in 30 minutes, they squeezed my pup back in to have surgery that morning, when they had no openings! Unfortunately our pump crossed the rainbow bridge but they did everything in their power to save our sweet girl!!!
I couldn’t appreciate the doctors, or the ladies enough!! THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!

They are more worried about money. And up selling you then that are about your pet. Barely looked at or dog and told us he only had 3 months to live max and tried selling up euthanasia and cremation and several other things that were not necessary. Took him to another vet and she put him on some heart meds and he has been fine since that was almost 2 years ago.

My heart is broken into a million pieces and I have been trying to figure out if I wanted to do anything about it but I think I have to.... On August 24th I brought home a beautiful 9-week-old bunny who I got from a dear friend and he was healthy and happy as could be... It took me months of research and time to decide to adopt a baby bunny being that they are so sensitive to care for so I made sure I was fully prepared down to using the proper food for his age and transition period. I made sure everything in my house was bunny proofed, and cleaned with pet sensitive items. On August 29th, I took him to the Bradley animal hospital to get a normal check up as new pet moms do when they first get a new pet. I had to wait for 2 hours to get seen and eventually I got taken back with him. He had a minor runny nose and a small wheeze in his left lung so they prescribed him trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole that was supposed to be given to him every day twice a day for 10 days. That was the only instruction I received so I followed it diligently because I trusted my vet to help me care for my baby… first few days were fine but on September 2nd everything changed… He stopped eating, drinking, and playing, got really lethargic, and had diarrhea which is extremely dangerous for rabbits. I tried hand feeding him and he was uninterested. So, through the advice of my friend who gave me Mochi I rushed him north to an exotic animal hospital… I discovered that trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole can be very rough of baby rabbits and normally is prescribed with a probiotic of some kind. On the way home that night at around midnight my baby died in my arms… My heart is shattered and I’m so very angry… I thought I could trust vets to care for my pet but instead I was met with pure negligence and an emptiness in my heart… I will miss him and love him forever. I don’t know what I am going to do about this in the future but I wanted to get my story out there… If you live in this area and you have a rabbit DO NOT bring them here… please.

My dog is my service dog no other vet would take her today and she was very sick! Dr Debbie and staff were so compassionate and caring. I cried for four hours straight we have imprinted on each other and my heart was broken. Until Dr Debbie called me and said they got her to turn around and she’s coming home the same day at three. I highly recommend them and there prices are soooooo reasonable.

This animal hospital is filled with angels on earth. They have the best doctors, nurses and surgeons. They are honest, loving, caring, and most importantly they actually care for your pets. This isn't a, in and out, quick Bing bang boom, your outta here place. They take time to see your pet and you. When other places said "no sorry" They came in and saved the day, they are the only reason why my baby is sleeping in my arms right now. She was going to pass and surgery was the only way to save her. They made everything clear to me and are extremely honest about expectations.
Rooms are clean. The front room is homey and makes you comfortable the second you walk in. The ladies behind the front desk are extremely friendly and super nice. I would give it 1000 stars if I could, unfortunately I can only do 5. If anyone has ever left a bad review for Bradley Animal hospital... they were wrong.
