I used to go here with my last dog that passed away at 15 1/2 yrs old. Started with Dr Day and continued with Dr Youssef. When we decided to adopt a rescue pup, I wouldn't go anywhere else but here. Always friendly service and knowledgeable advice on keeping our fur baby's well and healthy.

The staff is wonderful and Dr. Yousef is amazing. He truly cares about your pet. He is available for emergencies more than any veterinarian I have had before. Highly recommended.

This doc is great. They work with you as patients and treat the animals and their humans with kindness and respect. I recommend Watseka Animal Hospital to everyone who loves and cares for their furry friends. Even when I had to put one beloved pet down, my 20 year old cat named Neeka, they realized my pain. They let me spend time with her alone in their little room prior to the procedure. Among this COVID mess where my normal vet wouldn't let me be with her, I had called around because I would not let her go through this alone. Watseka Animal Hospital didn't even hesitate. They understood that I had a real relationship with my girl and didn't think I was foolish for not treating her as an object but as someone that I loved very much. They let me hold her paw and pet her as she left this world. Of course, I have switched vets and will only use this vets office now.

Ok so here it is I made an appointment for TODAY AT 3pm we both took off work early so we lost money and I dragged my poor baby pupper out and their locked up, the voicemail says their open for appts yet NO ONE is there! The girl who made my appointment sounded like she took a huge bong hit before she answered the phone she acted like she had no clue which should of been the point where I decided to go elsewhere…I will not take my new baby there they have shown me how horrible and not professional they are right off the bat! Don’t waste your time guys!

I do not live there no more but still have family that goes there. The vet is great but need to get professional employees. It is sad that people only think about money instead of caring about peoples fur babies!!!! I am very disappointed on how they treat the fur babies parents!!!!! Get people in there that really care!!!!!! I can do what I have to! This is so wrong!!!

Dr Youssef and his staff are really great. They give honest advice and take time to listen and answer questions. They're very caring to the animals and the pet owners. I would recommend them.

Dr. Youseff is our go to doctor with the rescue. He does an amazing job with our rescue dogs and really knows what he is doing. We highly recommend him

.After giving 500 00 cat looked worse than when I brought her in. And they wanted 700.00 more for operation not even stopped to talk. Just kept running back and forth and said get insurance.I need money to pay my bills. Showed no interest when he found out I've no more money .I'm ,76 at that time. He uthinize her.and wouldn't even let me be with her when he put her down ,grab her and took her in back. The one time I ,went to visit Green juice coming out of her mouth. They said they were force feeding her. She hadn't eaten or pee a week or more. The worst exp of my life. Never said why she needed operation.
