I switched over to Sycamore Animal Hospital after my Sam cat became very ill and our previous vet was dismissive and either could not or would not provide enough information for us to feel confident in how to move forward.

Dr. Olson immediately was able to work with us to help us and Sam find the best way to say goodbye, including coming to our home when it was time so he wouldn't be as stressed. Since then, both Dr. Olson and Dr. Hulben have been absolutely amazing with our other fur babies. Their genuine care for our kitties is palpable and their understanding and respect for us as concerned caretakers makes the difficult times a little easier to bear. I am incredibly happy with them and grateful to have a place we can trust to give our animals the best treatment possible.

Staff is always helpful over the phone and in-person. Vet Techs all have a wonderful way with animals and Dr. is knowledgeable, kind enough to get your nervous pet through a checkup quickly but thorough and makes sure any questions are answered. Staff is friendly and efficient; the space is always clean. They've also seen me on short notice a few times when my cat has gotten sick or injured (he goes hard), which is so appreciated. I feel like I always get great care for my little guy here. ?

The Staff Team @ Sycamore Animal HP are always very welcoming, as soon as you walk in the door! You feel like you're Family there! They're very knowledgeable, thorough, listen/address your concerns, & respond accordingly, with great Care! I just think their PURR-FECT ? & Thank MEW ☺️!! Yes, I have a Kitty, if you hadn't noticed with the puns lol! Her name is Shadow, picture below posted! She'll be 13 in October. I'm NOT superstitious, as She's black & I was born on Friday the 13th also ?!!

Great Staff, friendly and knowledgeable Vet Techs and Doctors. Always makes the visit a pleasurable experience. Limited wait time makes for a less anxious pet. Highly recommended!

Specifically for cat care, as I have 2 I take here, I love Dr. Stephanie Hulben. She is so compassionate with the kitties and very knowledgeable. The front desk staff are also always friendly and welcoming, as well as knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!
