Jenny (receptionist) was excellent. She listened to my concerns. Made me feel that I was a priority. She was compassionate regarding my concerns, returned my call as promised. Doc Ward was exceptional as always. Calling me as promised with updates and explaining options. Always feel as if they have my pets best interests in mind with also trying to say costs. Never feel like a number or rushed. Would recommend highly

Was so glad to see Brewer Animal Hospital is still around. Last time I walked through those doors was about 10 years ago. I finally decided I would like another pet for company and ended up adopting two male cats. Everyone is very friendly to both humans and animals. Dr. Ward was very informative since it has been a long time I’ve been responsible for a pet. The cats were comfortable and relaxed being around her and didn’t even mind getting their shots. I highly recommend them for your pets.

I am so impressed with the fabulous care from the passionate people that make up Brewer Animal Hospital! Dr. Rina Ward has been my #1 veterinarian for the last several years and I can’t say enough about her. She’s seen us through all my senior dogs over the course of 17 years (5 pugs, 2 Japanese chins and a golden retriever) and now is caring for my 2 young fur kids. I am treated with such kindness by everyone there, it’s been so wonderful to have the support from the entire team and the confidence knowing you have given your pets the very best care there is. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for a team that truly understands how much our fur babies mean to us and treats you and them accordingly ? Bentley and Beatrice are the benefactors! I have to say thank you to everybody that help us and my wonderful dog out for the past several years. We had to put our beagle of 15 years down. A very sad moment in my life, but everyone there was nice and comforted us. I'm sure we will have a puppy soon and we will see you guys again.

Dr Ward has seen both of my cats multiple times and it’s always been a great experience. She is kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. The rest of the front desk staff are polite, and they were able to squeeze me in last minute 2-3 different times when my kitty had an emergency. I would strongly recommend this place! Very friendly, and their prices are very reasonable compared to other places!
