Everytime I go in or call, everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I've been coming to this vet since I moved to the south suburbs 3 years ago. And recently we had a few visits because I took in a stray that my bestfriend was going to take. They did all their tests and treated the mastitis. Now little Willow is thriving in her new home

Friendly staff however when I gave the office staff my pet records with updated shots, there was miscommunication from the front to the back office. When explaining to the technician shot were updated, I didn’t feel heard after repeating and explaining my dog shot was updated. I tried to read her tag around here neck but didn’t have my glasses. Tech busy typing away and shaking her head. I couldn’t name the place where we got the shots and all I was told was sorry and my dog got her shot early. The website gave new clients 25 off. I had to go back to get a refund because no one knew it was already on their website. The place is too new.
