My two favorite veterinarians, Dr. Prior and Dr. Nazzaro, practice at Mill Creek Animal Clinic. The front desk staff is compassionate and helpful. This is the BEST clinic in Utah. Our 2-legged pup and his family LOVE Dr. Prior.

The ONLY thing I didn't like about my recent visit to Mill Creek Animal Clinic is that they don't accept cash payments for any transactions. Also, they no longer have decent seating in their lobby to sit while waiting for the pets to be returned to their owners. It is now winter time, so I didn't want to sit out in my vehicle wasting gas to keep it running while waiting for my pet to be returned to me. So, that left me with no other choice but to sit on their hard, cold bench-like seats as my home is too far to drive from the clinic to my house. Because by the time I would have gotten home it would have been time to turn right around and go back to the clinic. So that's my ONLY "GRIPES" from my recent visit!
Ashley, who takes care of my cat, is OUTSTANDING with her and Ashley takes great care of her and shows deep concern for her! She is the ONLY one I have let take care of my fur ball!

Change the seating situation for those of us who have bad backs or need better seating that want to wait on our pets to be returned, please and I'll give you guys a 5* rating! And start back taking cash for transactions, too!

Recently switched to this veterinarian practice for my two dogs. Had always read the wonderful reviews about this practice.
Have met with Dr. Conrad and Dr. Whittle this year and what I love most about them is the good advice they give and the options they give. They don’t push anything on you and Dr. Whittle gave us so much info, a few suggestions, and outcomes for our rescue dog who has health problems. We appreciate their approach and will continue going to Mill Creek.

If I could give Mill Creek animal clinic 10 stars I would!! The vet and staff go above and beyond for the care of my fur babies!! The service and care for our dogs is just incredible and I would recommend for the care of your pets ?. Thank you to the staff once again ❤️

I took my fur baby in for a dental cleaning, and I am quite pleased with the results! The staff was fantastic!! Dr. Carlson kept me informed throughout his surgery, and I couldn't thank her enough. Dr. Carlson and the Vet technicians demonstrated genuine passion and understanding when dealing with my dog; he has a lot of anxiety and may be challenging, but they were calm with him. I will surely return with my puppy to this veterinary clinic! ?❤️

Wow, just wow!! Talk about a great experience! Clean, smells good, staff are so welcoming and friendly. They make the animals feel so comfortable and safe! Doctor are so empathetic and relatable! It feels so great and like a breath a fresh air knowing they care for the animals as well as us the parents! I'm so grateful I found this place! Thank you all at Mill Creek!! ❤️

I had a terrible experience at a different vet clinic where I was told my pet was going to pass away simply because they were fiv+ and no other information was given to me. I decided to go for a second opinion here at mill creek and I couldn’t be more happier with the choice I made. Dr. Conrad explained everything to me and told me my cat wasn’t a lost cause. She is single handedly the sweetest most caring vet I’ve ever taken any of my cats to. You can truly tell she loves what she does and does it for the right reason. Not only was Dr. Conrad amazing, but the office was very very clean and all of the vet techs that I’ve met so far were also the sweetest people ever. Last thing I really appreciated was that they aren’t pushy and they give you many options to choose from as far as treatment/ diagnosis.

All of the veterinarian staff at Mill Creek are wonderful. We have been taking our dogs to Dr Whittle, Dr Conrad, Dr Carlson and now Dr Frances, since 2006- wonderful, caring individuals who always go above and beyond! Their knowledge, compassion for our pets and family have been extended through a sudden illness leading to euthanasia for sweet lab Tippe, to double TPLO ACL surgery recovery and eye surgery for our current family dogs lab mix Saphire and stafhorshire terrier Ella and all of the care in between. They are always for thorough and truly love them like their own!
Highly recommended practice!
