Dr. Carney, has been our family pets veterinarian for over 20 years. She's very personable, pleasant and caring. I value her options. She is also part on my village that's helping me to get through my current pet's Mister's cancer struggles.

Love Hilltop! We take our dog and cat there. They are customer friendly, and don’t rush through visits. Dr. Carney always takes the time to answer any questions and concerns I have. She’s very personable and caring. I highly recommend this veterinarian!

We took tommy for a visit. He was depressed, but they were very gentle with him, he wasnt scared of them. The doctor listened to my concerns. It helped that they have seperate rooms for the cats and for the dogs. My kitty felt good.

Dr. Carney has been our vet for over 25 years. She is down to earth, very pleasant and will work within your budget to make sure your animal babies are taken care of. Our dogs have had multiple surgeries and her prices are very reasonable. It seems like any negative reviews have a bit of emotion to them, most likely troubled customers to begin with. She is NOT an emergency vet, so yeah, if you have an emergency then you should go somewhere where the animal can be kept overnight and fit in to their schedule immediately.

This place is alright. My boyfriend and I took his dog to get a check up and vaccines. Dr. Carney was nice and the blonde nurse was very sweet and informative. However I did have a bad encounter with the front desk. She was very rude, didn’t even acknowledge us when we came in, didn’t ask our name or make any eye contact with us. We waited like 20 minutes to be seen, people who came in after us walked out before we were even seen. So finally we decided to say something. I asked how long it would be until we were seen and she looked at me confused like I had 4 heads, told me to wait and asked for my info and then tried looking for my file behind her. Absolutely unprofessional. Also heard the way she talks to people on the phone, she is very rude how she answers. I work in customer service and would never answer phones like that. And then to top it off, the same nurse in the room had to take my payment because she wasn’t at the desk. Due to this encounter, we are debating if we will ever come back. You need to have manners when working in the front as you are the first and last person the client sees so make a good impression, which she did not.
