First time visit with my cat, and I know I picked the right vet in the area. Office and exam rooms are clean and the staff are very nice. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Snell. She took the time to answer all of my questions, and I never felt rushed. My impression is that they are very much about the animals and want to make sure they are getting the very best care. She made the follow up call to me to explain the results of the tests.

We have a German Shepard that has high anxiety about avenue animal hospital. However we as owners would never go elsewhere. Dr motel has been my dogs vet for 4 years. And honestly he treats him like my baby. He is not the easiest patient and needs sedation every visit. Dr motel is relaxed
And seriously the best vet I have Ever encountered. He makes my anxiety as an owner decrease with his wonderful bedside manner. The staff is always so receptive and answers promptly. The techs who work with my dogs are truly the most brave and amazing people I have met. They always are friendly and wonderful. Avenue animal hospital is honestly Family ! 100% recommend to people !!!

Great animal hospital! Reception is always a friendly face as you walk in, the techs are kind and caring, the Dr’s are the best! We love Dr. Mottel he is very special vet, knowledgeable in my Sighthounds. Where other Animal Hospitals were not! He is caring and takes his time to know you pet inside and out! I am very happy here! My dogs give it 4 paws up!

I've been to a lot of vets around here and I have always been disappointed in them. One vet tried to put down my healthy cat, another vet I went to clearly had zero compassion or care, etc.

But this place is awesome. I was treated with kindness and even receive phone calls asking how my kitty is doing. They really helped my little guy out.

This is my vet from now on and I seriously do recommend you give them a shot!

I have two anxious dogs and the doctors and staff here are so patient and great with them. All of the doctors have helped my dogs and the communication from case to case has been amazing. Always have quick treatment plans and are great at answering any of our questions.

Bella had a growth near her eye that was black and pendulous. It would occasionally bleed. I was informed that only 1% of these growths are cancerous and that we will watch it. I am so grateful for the competence and honesty by Dr. Mottel. It has since fallen off.

Been coming here for the past 4 years. Best experiences experience and super friendly staff! Whenever I have any questions for my senior dog they always have an answer for me! I love the one on one experience and Dr. Snell is the best!
