No me pareció la atención de la persona que hace la entrevista una vez te llaman para pasar a la clínica. En mi opinión la atención del doctor es muy fría y poco interesante de su parte. En general no volveria a esa clínica por ninguna razón

It is a long wait each time we have been despite being given an appointment time on line, and confusing as you are given an appointment time but then sent a text to which you cannot reply 20-30 minutes prior to your appointment telling you to come in to the office now, even though you have already registered on line, or you will lose your spot.
All the staff from receptionists to nurses to doctors are all very kind and courteous. The management company just really needs to work on clarifying and streamlining the check in process.
People sick enough to need urgent care do not need long delays in the waiting area when they are already in misery. Let them wait at home and then tell them to come in closer to when they can actually be seen.

They really deserve 0 stars. Checked in online for a breathing emergency- Sat in the office for over an hour even though after scheduling online said 30 min wait. After seeing multiple people come in and go see the dr before me (I heard many of them say they DID NOT check in online) I went and asked Andrea at the front desk how much longer the wait would be because I was really struggling to breathe. She said there have been many breathing emergencies and that I would have to wait another 45 min to an hour to be seen. All the while, I was waiting with a BREATHING EMERGENCY. I feel totally discriminated against and will never go back to this clinic. I highly advise you don’t either. When I was checking on wait time Andrea was very rude and condescending. She very rudely said “your going to have to wait, that is unless you need me to call you an ambulance” she didn’t offer this to any of the other “breathing emergencies”. I hope management sees this and takes this seriously.
