Our cat had some sneezing and coughing issues. An exam was completed, and medication prescribed. Administered medication as directed. Our cat, Tornado Tom, responded quickly and has had no issues since.

Took my cat Muffin Top to get his shots today and I had a pleasant visit. I just recently moved to Morton so I couldn’t take his to his regular vet due to the drive. The whole staff was very nice and I was actually spoken too while Muffin got his shots. Definitely will be his forever vet. The receptionist even gave him some treats before we left!

I took my 12 year old lab in. He had a lump near his groin that rapidly grew overnight. His health also declined rapidly. The clinic was extremely caring to our needs. Instead of charging for unnecessary treatment. (Like a past experience with a different vet) They let him come home, and spend his last hours with family, friends, and neighbors. I appreciate all they did.

The worst place!! We took our dog there on April 10,2024 and had him checked out because he kept throwing up. They did X-rays and never showed us the X-rays and told us nothing was wrong with him but they did give him a shot to calm down the nausea and told us it would work and it never did. So when I called the next day they said they looked at the X-rays again and said he would be fine. Nope he isn’t fine!! He passed away on April 29,2024. I’m sorry but this place knew something was wrong and never told us anything to help him out to save his life. So yea I’m good will never go here again!! And when I called them to tell them what happened all they can say is that they tried to call us to check on him, no they didn’t and I have proof they never called me once again.

We love our vet! Always helpful and accommodating. Not grossly over priced like others in the area. Staff is amazing, from the front counter to the tecs all suportive and extremely helpful. We will be hard pressed to find another vet when we move.

I rescued two puppies that were tied to the same leash and abandoned downtown. I took both of them to Heartland for their checkups and vaccines so I could get them spayed and neutered. I noticed the female had a line on her belly that looked like a scar but considering the male puppy hadn’t been neutered I thought it best to have them both examined and treated. I set an appointment for the female to be spayed and when I arrived to pick her up the vet tech informed me that she was previously spayed. The first alarming concern is that the vet didn’t consult me before cutting her open again when she clearly had a scar on her belly. The second concern is that they charged me $322.36 for the procedure, including $100 for a canine hysterectomy (which was not even performed.) due to her already having been spayed. The vets reasoning is that it took him over a half an hour to search around inside of her for her organs. Upon hearing this I honestly couldn’t believe it would take any competent vet over 30 mins to search for organs, let alone charge me for their careless oversight. I have since switched to another vet clinic and I would highly suggest never taking your dog or any other pet to this establishment.

They were able to see my sick cat within the hour. Kept him for the day to find out what was wrong and determine best course of treatment. Problem solved and now he's a happy kitty.

Great experience. Knowledgable assistants and the doctor is very patient and answered all of our questions. Front desk lady was so sweet! Been coming here for a few years and never have had a bad experience.
