My precious Bella was in labor and passed a clear sack which could have put her puppy in distress. We took her to BluePearl and she was treated royally by the staff. The Receptionist, Nurse and Doctor were very kind and compassionate. The facilities was easy to get to and clean. Thank you so much for seeing Bella so quickly.

I can not thank the Drs and staff enough for their care, compassion, dedication, and communication. We ended up having to take Chase in twice, as he seemed to be feeling better at home after our first visit, until he didn’t. We rushed him in late Sunday and he stayed the evening. I called at 3am as I couldn’t sleep and there was no hesitation to update me on him and was even sent a photo. I received an update call that morning and he was doing much better. The unknown is always scary. We were able to pick him up Monday afternoon and he was back to his goofy, loving self. We are so fortunate for the care and dedication of Dr Martinez, Dr Russel, and their wonderful staff. I would do anything for this boy and they had me feeling that they would as well.

Brought my once Feral, now nice Cat Spray, in with a high fever. The moment I walked in I was greeted by Sondalei with concern and patience. Cara the nurse and Dr.Aumann explained everything to me and that Spray needed hospitalization. Spray was a bit better but not well the next day. I was able to visit with him and even got him to eat most of the chicken breast I brought along. I want to seriously thank these three in particular. There was no denying the compassion I saw in their eyes from day 1. Spray is now home and in his pen. I even managed to get his buddy Spray 2 in there with him.

I truly can’t thank Blue Pearl Jacksonville and their staff enough for saving our puppy Archie’s life. After visiting several vets and specialist, we thought we had exhausted all of our options in finding out what was wrong with our 1 year old cavalier. Dr. Aumann and her team quickly came up with a treatment plan for our puppy and ultimately saved his life. Dr. Aumann, nurse Abby, and her team called us multiple times a day and provided us with thorough updates and cared for him as though he was their own pet. The surgical team did a fantastic job keeping our dog safe during a surgery we weren’t sure he could handle in his current condition. The management staff always worked quickly to get us in for visits and answer our questions over the phone in a kind manner. Every person at Blue Pearl Jacksonville truly cares for their patients and we will forever be grateful for their care.

My dog injured an eye and it had to be removed. The staff there was amazing! They were very transparent about the cost, what the procedure entailed and the after care. They took great care of my dog and kept me updated on his progress until he was able to be picked up. Blue Pearl gets my recommendation every time!

The staff was so kind and thorough with my cat Voodoo. They went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of and kept her under close monitoring. The patient care was exceptional as well as their client care. They were able to facilitate a way for me to bring my unstable cat to my regular clinic when it was time to make a hard decision for quality of life. I will never forget that kindness that they did for me. Thank you to the whole staff who was there evening crew on 10/31/24 and 11/1/24 the evening and the morning crew for handling Voodoo and us with such compassion and care.

Blue Pearl Pet Hospital is second to none! Never before had I been to a specialty veterinarian hospital. I was so afraid and concerned for my Jasmine fur baby because she had skin cancer which had to be surgically removed. I was so nervous and feared the worst but from the moment I walked in the door I had a good feeling about being here. Immediately upon entering the building I was greeted with smiles as was my 11-year-old Jasmine fur baby. The front desk staff was truly awesome and amazing as was everyone I came into contact with. Hats off especially to my Fantastic surgeon Dr Harper and her technician Karen and others who took care of Jasmine. Everyone here treated me with the utmost respect, caring, knowledge and even made my fur baby Jasmine feel at home wagging her tail as she came in. Their smiles just warm you on a cold day and I knew once I walked in their door that I would walk out feeling much better emotionally. It was so amazing that Dr. Harper personally always kept me updated with phone calls before during and after her surgery to remove the skin cancer. Whenever I called, someone always answered the phone and spoke to me in detail answering any and all questions I had. No voicemails here! I was so afraid for her and her outcome but I was put at ease by all staff. Dr Harper did an amazing job as a surgeon and Karen, Dr Harper's technician is absolutely awesome in the great detail taken to care about Jasmine and relax me emotionally out of my fears for the outcome. Now that she is home from a successful surgery, I receive phone calls and whenever I call, someone is always there to pick up. Their prices are very reasonable for all that they do. Military discounts are also accepted. I highly highly recommend Blue Pearl Hospital in jacksonville, FL to everyone for their fur baby that needs specialty Care. Hats off to you Blue Pearl, and thank you forever in my heart Dr. Harper for saving my dog's life. Thank you for always being there for me and my fur baby Jasmine.
