I was referred to Dr. Chang from a friend of mine . I can’t say enough good things about this vet. I ended up taking in an adult cat that was trapped in a house fire. First off , Dr. Chang was the only veterinarian out of 6 vets I called that morning that was willing to see the cat in the condition the cat was in. On top of this , he got us in right away!
Once there , the staff was amazing , doctor spent 1.5 hours working on the cat to get her stable, and out of pain .
He is such a passionate dedicated, man that really cares about his patients . Dr. Chang and his staff are amazing! They put their patients before anything. They are the most caring passionate veterinarian I can honestly say I have ever been to. The care he gave this kitty is the care every veterinarian should care for their patients. He is a true blessing in the world of pets and their owners .
If you are looking for a vet that will put your pet first, You found him. Don’t debate it . This man is a true blessing to all creature, and even us! He sincerely cares for the health of your pet , this is what sets him aside from all the others.
Thank you doc and your wonderful staff for all your care , all your passion , all the follow ups , but most important, your loving good heart, and everything you did for oatmeal ❤️

Dr Chang and all the support staff are the best. We brought our dog here for close to a decade and think this place is the best of the best. We would travel over an hour to see them after we moved because we can tell they care. Dr change did several surgeries on our dog and was also available for questions. We trust him and his staff whole heartedly. Would highly recommend his their care. Should be we another dog we will for sure be back.

Dr. Chang treated my nerves cat very gentle for her vaccination. It was specifically pleasant to learn that he was graduated from the best veterinary school in my home town and also speaking Mandarin. He is friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable; pleasant to deal with.
The clinic is very clean and has a huge dog run flat ground outside. My cat enjoyed walking around the yard and scratching tree trunks which relaxes her after her new adventure in the new vet hospital. All staff were also very friendly. We sure will be back again for all things cat’s concerns.

I was recommended to Dr Chang from a friend several years ago. At this time i had a Labrador retriever who had a severe ear problem and in discomfort for several years due to the lack of passion and experience from prior vets that I have tried such as Naperville Animal hospital, and Amber Leaf hospital to name a few,, Dr chang was able to cure the infection that was causing him so much discomfort, he was the very first vet that actually suggested sending out a culture to see what it was, my dog was put through surgeries and countless medication treatments by many vets and no body suggested this option. We got the results back, and were provided with a medication to treat it and it was gone!!!! FINALLY my boy was actually able to rest peacefully .

I have gotten 2 more dogs and Dr chang has been their vet since they were 8 weeks old, Dr Chang and his staff are always understanding with my dogs, they are a little shy and have to know what you are doing once they know then they are fine thank you all for being patient and slow with my boys, every time we come here they are really excited to come in.

Recently,

One of my dogs started getting an ear infection and Dr chang was on top of it with testing and medical treatments, we have tried a few things and the infection kept coming back, and sent out culture tests ( if you have not had one done with your dog and dr chang suggests one you need to listen to him! He knows what he is talking about) when we got the results back dr chang did everything he could to try and rid the infection, he had to refer us to a specialist for further investigation but we refused to give up with dr chang, we believe and trust in him 100% so he is giving it another try and it has been improving everyday, thank you dr chang for not giving up on trax!

I highly recommend dr chang to anyone who is looking for a dedicated, very passionate, honest, friendly, reasonable priced vet he has a big heart for animals and it shows!

We were lucky enough to find Dr. Chang to care for our sweet and loving 15 year old American Staffordshire Bull Terrier during her last year with us. Dr. Chang genuinely cares about animals and is dedicated to giving them the best possible care. Our girl received the best treatment possible when it mattered most as her health declined this past year. She had a lot of anxiety and NEVER was nervous at his practice, even during various tests she needed over the past several months. We will always be grateful and we highly recommend Dr. Chang and his entire practice to any pet lover. They went above and beyond to take care of her!!!

We feel very grateful for finding CVET and Dr. Chang. From the moment we first spoke with him, to the last few moments with our pet, Dr. Chang was very understanding, supportive and truly compassionate. Not only with us as pet owners, but with our pet as well. He was able to get us in for surgery on very short notice, at a very reasonable rate. We received follow up phone calls and emails, to check in on our pet, which was not required but very much appreciated. Eventually going through such a tough time, having to put our pet down, Dr. Chang went way above and beyond and came into his office really late after hours to support our needs. I tell everyone that I know, that this is the place to bring your pet. We wouldn’t bring our pets anywhere else after working with Dr. Chang.

Dr Chang and his staff is amazing, my cat has fleas, they were patient and gently brush off fleas off my cat. And both cat got flea shots and thank you, my cat is sleep in right now without scratching, itching, and biting
