Ryan and his staff are the most caring people I know! They treat my pets as if they were their own! Ryan will take as much time as needed to walk you thru the steps with whatever is going on with your pet!

LOVE EVERYBODY THERE! They take amazing care of my babies, and that's all that matters! RYAN IS THE BEST!!! They are all very caring and are great with my fur babies. Very very happy and pleased with the staff and Dr. Ryan❤️

Dr. Ryan and his staff are amazing. The first time I went there was with an injured dog. Our regular vet had jerked and prodded and sent us home with 3 pain pills. Dr. Ryan got down on the floor with him and was extremely gentle throughout the exam. He showed that same compassion as we took pets in for the harder visits, too. I had to call him in after hours once for our dog, who was having internal bleeding. I apologized for making him come out so late. He looked sincere when he said that this was the kind of thing that he should be called for. He's been just as good with our cats. It means a lot to have a vet that cares about your animals instead of it just being their job.

This place is a joke. It lists that they do emergency after hours. I called around 8 pm. I my dogs humorous was broken ( found out the next day) Instead of helping that night, he said that he would not meet us that we had to wait until the morning. So my dog went without meds and suffered all night long because Ryan said that he needed his sleep and that unless it’s life-threatening, he would not help. The next day, my father took the dog to him at 8:30 in the morning. They did the x-ray they could not help with the break. I had to actually call back at 1 PM to get an answer that my dog was not able to be helped. Total joke. All they had to do was make a simple phone call to find out whether or not surgery was Going to help. They were not even going to call me back back I had to call them to find out what was going on then they made the phone call. They let my dog sit in a cage From 8:30 to 1 PM without making a simple phone call. I had to call in and remind them that my dog was sitting there with a broken leg. Completely disgusting definitely don’t call after hours and if I were you, I would not take my pet there. Dr Ross was more than helpful and willing to come in after hours. He did explain that he could not do an x-ray on his own. But he was not rude like Ryan. Ryan had the nerve to tell me that he needed his sleep more than my dog needed help. At 8 pm. If you won’t help don’t have a emergency #. From looking at other reviews, I am not the first person he has done this to.
