I see Dr lanoue and he didn't refill my medicine on my appointment from 03/18/2024, and i didnt fin out until I ran out of medicine and went to Hudson for my usually refill. He schedule me 3 months out and the clinics refuses to refill my medicine. I'll be looking for a new primary. I can't go without my mental health medicine just because you can't do your job.

Another great experience: THEY GAVE MY PAPERWORK TO SOMEONE ELSE and gave me all of Matthews information! So now someone has my name, birthdate, address, phone number, employer information, medical information, social security number and everything else.....

Edited to add: hit a new low so the stars went down.... Was told by WENDY that she "not filling out paperwork every time you see the doctor". Pretty sure that's your job and had you filled it out right the first time, you wouldn't have had to do it a third time, almost costing me my employment.

Dr Lanoue and staff are nice and professional. He is always able to answer questions and his nurses get the paperwork done fast.

The desk staff.... We went in today for an appointment. The lady asked which insurance we were using. I told her that we only had one and we had been asking for the other to be removed. She laughed. Then didn't check us in at all. We waited 15 minutes before my husband went up and asked if we were going to be seen. At this point, she tried to tell us that we walked away before she finished the process and she tried to call us back over but we didn't respond.

We have had nothing but great things to say about the Paxton Clinic! Everyone has been so friendly and willing to listen to any concerns we’ve had with both myself and my infant. It is such an upgrade from the doctors we used to see at another practice.

I have always brought my granddaughter to her medical appointment. They informed me that I do not have permission from father to take his place if she needs medical help. We have filled out the papers a long time. They asked to see the permission sheet. They keep that not me. They had Blue Cross Shield as her insurance which was not correct. They need to get their records in order. Totally not impressed with the service at the receptionist. Thinking about changing my records and doctors is this is the way this office is handled. I have never been treated like this when I go to OSF.

I love this clinic! There is usually very little wait time, and the doctors and nurses are very kind.
I had my younger two children at the Gibson Area Hospital. Compared to the birth of my first (at a larger hospital), it was a wonderful experience.

I went to the Paxton clinic because I am sick with what feels like the flu and possibly strep throat, I thought they had convenient care starting at 7 am but when I got there the lady at the front desk told me they only have convenient care on the weekends, I was actually just going to head to Mahomet to their convenient care but she said since your here let me see what we can do, they got me in by 8:45 to see the physicians assistant, everyone there at the Paxton clinic was simply amazing!! They had so much care and compassion!!! I would highly recommend going to the Paxton clinic! I really wish I could give 100 stars because they deserve it! Thank you soooo much to Kim at the front desk, the Nurse and the Physicans assistant, you guys were truly amazing!! I really appreciate everything you guys did for me this morning!!! Have a wonderful day! Thanks again!!
