Ruth Helen Wolf Animal Clinic is the absolute best place to take your cat or dog. I can't recommend them enough!!! We took our family dog there for many years until she passed. And now, 10 years later, with my own, plus a cat, there's no other place I'd rather take them. They are so kind and considerate. They are truly passionate about animals and will do whatever they can to help you and your furry friends. They are wonderful people and I hope that they know that I truly appreciate all that they do. Special shout-out to Dr. Herron!! You're the best!!

The staff here is professional and knowledgeable. Their compassion always shines through. They are great with my dogs through all phases of their lives...from puppy to geriatric ( where I find myself again). Dr. Setlock and Dr. Herron are really wonderful.

I used to love this hospital, but no more since I brought my beloved senior dog to sleep, they were cold and mean! They rush to the proceses and after taking my baby back to the room they brought him already sleep and couldn’t say goodbye! still Dr and assistance cold and stone faces, Dr offer to take my baby to the car but the assistance brought my baby in a box and said “U can take him yourself to the car” I had a hard time opening the door with my baby in the box and no one on the front offer help or sorry! I was heartbroken for doing this to my dog and worst with the lack of empathy they showed! Unbelievable cold! I know they prob used to this but at least pretend!! So disappointed! Shame on you! Hard to believe the good reviews! They were nice a hundred years ago!! ?

I have been consulting with Dr. Bruce Setlock for many years. Every visit is a five star 360 degree experience. You'll receive a friendly reception, clean waiting area and thorough exam with plenty of time to answer your questions. Dr. Setlock listens to the pet owner and together with his expert opinion you will determine the best treatment for your pet. Additionally, the support team provides an annual collection, at Christmas holiday time, of all things dogs and cats need for a nearby animal shelter.
I appreciate this practice is a strong supporter of animal shelters. I have peace of mind with the care my dogs receive from Dr. Setlock and his dedicated team.

Dr. Setlock and his team from the front to the back are hands down amazing, caring, and respectful people who love animals dearly. I have used Wolf animal clinic for many many years with my past pups and now with my new puppy! They are so attentive and caring. Dr. Setlock is amazing with dogs. He takes as much time as we need to answer any and all questions I may have. When in need of emergencies Dr. Setlock is always there to help during or after hours. When my puppy had an allergic reaction I called before I came in and they were there waiting for me when I got there. My puppy had thrown up all over me and my car and they gave me napkins and wipes to clean up. I cannot say enough good things about Wolf animal clinic and Dr. Setlock. I know my dogs are always in the best hands at Wolf. Another positive is the care is very affordable. My puppy had an allergic reaction to the vaccines that he was given and had to be rushed back to be seen again and they did not charge us for any of that care. Thank you! I’ll forever be grateful for Dr. Setlock and his team.

Was told a different price then what was actually charged, tried to tell them about their mistake, rudely asked if I had proof in writing and said should have asked in writing. Can I not trust what they say like what! was very rude and closed the phone on me.
