Last week, I brought my dog here for the first time for a sick dog appointment. I was a bit nervous to bring her in and afraid of being judged for not keeping up with wellness visits.

Dr. Taylor and the team were so welcoming and made both me and Kiki feel at ease! They were patient with Kiki during the exam process, I did not feel rushed, and all my questions were answered in a way I could understand.

Dr. Taylor walked us step by step thru the exam, and what to expect next. They truly went above and beyond and it's obvious they care about the animals they treat.

Added bonus: There is a small well cared for park next to the parking lot that is beautifully decorated with various antiques and a section devoted to The Wounded Warriors Project. I was in awe as I wandered around before our appointment.

I highly recommend Dr. Taylor and her team and would give more stars if I could.

Even if you do not need to visit the vet I recommend visiting the local hidden treasure next to it. ❤️

Could not have asked for a better place to work with us and our dog’s complex needs. We’ve been treated with kindness and compassion from start to finish. Shoutout to Amanda and Dr. Ulrich, find a good vet team and stick with them bc we couldn’t have gone through half of what we went through without VCA

Its decent. Staff was not as friendly as I hoped upon my arrival, but the doctor was pretty amazing. I love how she interacted with my cats. The exam seemed sound, but one of my little boys ended up getting sick the next. I assume it was from the rabbies shot that he received. When I called they were very helpful in the reconnendation that I received, although they wanted for me to bring him back. Bringing him back after a very recent visit was not a good choice for me, as we all know how stressful it is for the cat and the cat parent in getting a cat to the vet. He's ok now though, so overall, I'm happy.

I was not a client but they got me in asap after my cat rapidly declined from stomach cancer and I couldn't find anyone to do an at home euthanasia last minute and my normal vet is an hour away. Everyone was very kind and compassionate during and they made sure my kitty was as comfortable as possible. They made this extremely painful time for us just a tiny bit easier. They also sent me home with a clipping of her fur with a sweet little cat charm.
