The Thrive Vets and staff are extremely compassionate and extremely competent. I would’ve had to wait over eight hours to get my dog into an emergency vet . But, they recognized the urgency of the issue and were able to fit my dog in on a very busy scheduled day. He is recovering nicely. I was amazed how they recognized the cause of his swelling as a spider bite. This is not just a one time occurrence, they are always friendly and, treat my dogs as family and look out for their best interest like they are their very own pets.

They have always done a great job taking good care of my fur babies ! They are understanding and really care for your pets. I appreciate them always giving me their best advice and they are also financially understanding as well and can always work something out for you. It’s pretty affordable not like most places where you have to pay thousands of $$$ highly recommend !

At the end of July, our senior English bulldog passed away at home. We knew his passing was coming soon but still we were extremely distraught when it happened. Without thinking we took him to the closest vet to our house even tho we had never been there before. I cannot say enough amazing things about this office and the staff there. They were so caring and helped us with our next steps in cremating him. We received his ashes about a week later. I meant to write a review shortly after that happened but forgot. A few weeks went by and we received a card in the mail from them with a few ink prints of his paw and hand written condolences from multiple staff members. I was truly taken aback by such a thoughtful thing of them to do. We were not expecting it but were so incredibly thankful for it. Losing dozer who was the light of our lives has been so incredibly difficult. This act of kindness brought smiles to our faces & we will forever cherish it. Even though they had never met him they made sure to take care of him. We cannot thank you guys enough for how kind and caring you were to us and dozer.

Went there today for the 1st time and had an excellent experience. The Dr was extremely nice and great bedside manner. I had a ton of questions and she never made me feel silly about asking them. They were very transparent on pricing and offer a great monthly plan to take the stress out of vet visits. The place was clean and everyone was very friendly.

Everything was explained in detail for me when I brought our new little one in for the first time. Everyone was very friendly. And their Thrive plan helps with the finances also!!! We have another visit in a few weeks. Our little Gypsy liked them too!!

This was my first visit to the clinic today and we were treated so exceptionally well by all the staff. They took great care of my dog. I want this to be my forever vet clinic.

I am back today with my new fur baby because my other one passed away. My new fur baby is a big guy (132 lbs The staff is wonderful. They are still a 5 star operation. My boy was surprisingly fantastic because they knew exactly how to handle him nail clipping and all. I strive a nice distance now to come to this particular location. This crew is totally worth it!

We love Thrive! We've gone to 2 locations, and both provided excellent service! Our favorite location is the Oak Lawn one. The staff and vets here are amazing! The costs are affordable. They are very transparent with estimates, which I appreciate. They are good at calming the owner's anxieties over pet concerns. The visits always started on time, and I've never felt like I had to wait. They have an online website that works very well and has the ability to do appointment booking and paperwork online. The only downside sometimes is that getting an appointment can take some time, but this has been an issue at all veterinarian offices I have used.
