Dr. Turnbull herself took the time to call me personally to explain what was going on with my baby boy and told me in detail her plan on getting him back to feeling better after another veterinary clinic error! My cat had a UTI. They charged me $800 to get my cat seen. Told them its a UTI, as ive been in the animal medical field for years and it wasnt her first UTI. I had to go to them as we just moved to east peoria, show up for appointment and they give me a quote of 800. If i hadn't had to go to work that morning, id called and got my cat in somewhere else. 800 for a UTI. Go to tender care morton or

Very friendly and helpful staff. One of our dogs is a pit mix. She came from bad situation and hates having her toe nails cut. I have never been successful doing it. They trimmed her up nice and gave me pointers to do it at home.

They give reminders on upcoming yearly vaccinations and updates on test results. No hidden fees. Upfront about pricing. Nothing but good experiences.

Took our cat in for the first time and was lied too by Beth about our cat having tape worms, ear mites, and needing all this extra stuff. When I said something about not needing all that Beth got very rude so I got rude back and went to pick up my cat. We took him to another vet where we learned he did not have tape worms or ear mites and didn’t need a few of the other things she claimed he needed. Would never return there and would never recommend this animal hospital to anyone else. Horrible customer service and more about making money than caring for animals. We spent a lot for another vet but were so thankful for them and happy we didn’t waste any more money or time with EastSide.

We’ve used this vet office since moving to the area in 2021. The staff is super friendly, very caring and we always leave feeling as though we’ve had the best treatment for our pets. The techs & vets listen to us and are great at communicating & answering questions. I highly recommend them!!!
