BEST PHARMACY EVER! All the workers are absolutely wonderful. They care so much about their customers and it shows!! They have given me exceptional advice on my medications/supplements and really know how to improve one's quality of life with the right supplement/drug therapies. Highly recommend this pharmacy for all your needs. Workers are passionate about what they do and are always willing to help and take time to explain and discuss any questions you may have.

I went to Preckshot to pick up a prescription for my pet rat that had a pituitary tumor. The only medication that had the potential to fix it was a human medication I could only get here. I was greeting by an individual who explained to me how to use the medication, which I appreciated. However, the bald man there checking me out was incredibly insensitive. The medication was under my rats name which is why he knew what was going on at all. He was absolutely flabbergasted that I was giving my two year old rat this medication that my vet recommended. He spoke to me as if I was crazy for having a pet rat in general, let alone spending money to treat her tumor. If you are looking for a compassion and understanding, this place is not for you.

I have been a customer of Preckshot for years and I’ve never been disappointed! We travel quite often and no matter what address I’m at, Preckshot has always been very accommodating w/where to mail it or w/whatever I’ve needed. And if I happen to be in town and give them a call, my prescription is usually ready w/in the hour. Very accommodating, helpful and always caring.

Each person who works the counter is absolutely amazing to deal with. They always have a fast turnaround with filling the prescription getting it ready for you to pick up. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great pharmacy.

They never told me the cost of my prescription (over the phone as I live an hour away). I didn’t think to ask but didn’t expect it to be $160 every single refill. Then I found out they don’t bill insurance. I assumed did and that my doctor included insurance info on the prescription form. So I have to fill out a form and mail it in to my insurance with every refill. They also don’t automatically refill prescriptions, which again they never told me until I was running low on medicine and called myself. I have never had an experience like this with a pharmacy. I feel like their employee, billing for them and calling them to do their job. They never seem friendly or helpful on the phone.
