Great staff! I love this veterinary clinic. From the initial phone to.set my appointment to getting my dogs taken care of, everything is wonderful. I really enjoy the entire staff. Dr. Peterson is very professional, and you can tell he enjoys his profession.

I was able to get in quickly. The cost of their services was actually less than they estimated. They took excellent care of my cat, and made her feel so much better! My cat didn't need to stay overnight after all. They had her for about an hour and called me to come and pick her up because they were done with her. This is the second time I've taken a pet here, and I've had nothing but good things to say about them!

Such a relief when you drop your pet there and have total confidence in the staff to care for and love on your pet! Thanks!

We switched to Associated because they were so close to home, but we have never regretted it. They take excellent care of our service dog and our cats. Our youngest kitten recently had a serious health concern and they are helping us make sure it doesn't happen again.

We started taking our Double Doodle here after a bad experience with another Vet with our other dog. We absolutely love it here. The staff is always friendly and the price is very reasonable.

Dr. Kirby is wonderful! We really have enjoyed working with her.

Dr. Peterson on the other hand, comes off as arrogant and, well....not particularly knowledgeable. His bedside manner is dreadful. I've heard the same from friends of ours.

I have two very different experiences about this business. The emergency, last minute, help me was spot on. They got us in within the last hour of the day and got meds for my sick dog and nailed it when it came to care and service. At the time, I was told how much a rabies shot would cost and that I would need to reschedule an appt for after he was feeling better to come in for that. Two weeks later, came in for that appointment. Waited for 30 min and the Vet came in to chat, tell me about my dogs teeth (which was already noted and talked about at the previous appt) and check his heart. Gave him the shot and then sent me on my way. I was then told to pay almost $100… on top of the emergency payment. I was never told when making the appt that my dog was going to have an additional exam nor the price of the exam. I’m absolutely open to having to pay it, but it felt like the appt was pushed off and everything was added to another appt to get more money out of me. The main point is, I had a checkup to do all the same things and tell me all the same stuff we talked about literally two weeks ago. We will not be going back.
