We purchased our puppy 4 years ago and it was recommended that we get her first vaccinations from Dr Bebawy. We were immediately impressed by the doctor and the office. Even though we live over a half hour away, we have never taken our baby anywhere else. She loves the doctor and often breaks away from us as she is being weighed in to run down the halls looking for him., checking at each exam room. Never have I seen an animal so enthused to see a vet! That alone is worth the long drive to this office. The doctor is so kind and we are so confident in the care we receive we can’t imagine taking her anywhere else.

We recently purchased a puppy from Animal Kingdom at AZ Mills and they recommended this veterinarian.
The lobby was clean and the staff was very friendly!
We saw Dr. Wael Bebawy and he was incredibly kind to our puppy. He provided me with a lot of great information and answered all my questions.
Prior to leaving the clinic I was given a bag and folder with my puppy's records. The folder has lots of brochures with very helpful information and resources!

I've been a loyal client here at dog and cat repair for over 2-3+ years now if I'm correct and I'm not sure if it's new management or what but it's just always getting more and more expensive. The last visit for his ear infection rubbed me the wrong way. He had to be put under anesthesia for his ear because he kept rubbing at it and they charged me a good $500-$600 to just say it's an ear infection. He had to be put under sleep meds because he “wouldn’t stay still” to examine the ear. Are you kidding me? What choice did I have? They also tried getting me to pay another $300-$400 on top of that for blood work which I refused. They prescribed me an ear rinse and then anti biotics after I called in to inform them the ear rinse wasn't working. They wanted me to come BACK IN and charge me ANOTHER exam fee to get the antibiotic that I had already came in for initially. How many times are they going to ask for an exam for the same exact issue? I've been debating a new animal hospital for quite some time but only felt like it was right to continuing coming here because we've been going for so long. But now his rabies shot is due but an additional "exam" fee on top of that is $70+ without the shot included before they can perform a tech only visit for his anal glands. At the end of the day, I don't feel like the pet is a top priority when all they are looking for is $$$. $500-600 for a vet to tell us he just has an ear infection is pure insanity to me. The rabies vaccine was declined due to the pressured exam fee although he was already seen recently. This clinic will only push for more and more money. I will be taking him elsewhere that will put my pet’s priority first before draining you of any and every penny you have.

We’ve been coming here for more than a year now and have had the best experience for our golden doodle. The staff is nice and the doctor is very knowledgeable. They are transparent with prices and check in after an appointment! Highly recommend! Before and after pics! 🙂

From what we thought was first a good place ended in a HORRIBLE experience. This place Lacks communication skills. The vet is very unprofessional and all he cares about is getting money. They give estimates that need to be more detailed specific and should provide the owner better understanding of the pricing so it can be planned for accordingly as it’s known vet expenses are never cheap
Services were provided to our pet before contacting and informing of what was going on and was expected to be paid for beyond the estimate given. They did not provide medications instead gave prescriptions and said they can be filled at places such as cvs rite aid etc . When trying to fill prescriptions I was advised by every pharmacy the way it was written was incorrect and needed to be re written. When calling to clinic to inform they were not helpful what so ever basically left it for us to figure out for ourselves .
I hope no one NEW comes here . Anyone who has been going maybe has different experiences but anyone new do not go . They will try to overcharge if you don’t catch it .
Should be NO stars
** A RESPONSE TO THEIR COMMENT—-, the estimate given three months prior was something we have called and asked questions numerous times to ensure we had the funds ready for the procedure. Each time was told that the highest amount listed was the worst case scenario. The estimate given that was signed morning of procedure was the same amount the highest on estimate given was around $1400 and as told by the staff that was the highest “worst case scenario “ however bloodwork had been completed prior and was suppose to be removed from estimate and it was .. and the price from the blood work we paid for was less that was on the estimate given morning of procedure.(a dental procedure ) We were told we would be contacted after X-rays before procedure would begin so we were aware of all teeth that were needing to be pulled . I made first contact to check on my pet and at that time was already told by the tech the procedure had already begun , and at that Moment more detail of estimate given was provided, more in depth of cost per services , with the tech adding “oh yeah the estimate doesn’t really explain that well “ and also said would be contacted shortly for an update so we were aware . About an hour later I was contacted and Informed of an update that 22 teeth needed to be removed - as well as also the cost , which more than estimate given, the tech asked if that was okay , I informed that my spouse would have to call and speak with them because that was more than estimate provided.
Upon picking up our pet the vet was extremely rude and unprofessional, all he cared about was getting paid . We expressed the cost was way more than expected and the lack of communication or more detailed information was the reason. Our invoice amount of final receipt given was even more than what the tech mentioned over the phone. Multiple times the price increased and it was Over the estimate given THREE months prior and morning of . In the end all that was cared about the the office was getting paid . We didn’t get any after care paper work until the morning after. In the invoice it says medications were “declined” and was is completely not true . They weren’t given - instead rx’s were given and told they could be filled elsewhere such as a regular pharmacy. One being an antibiotic that is very important to help recent infections ended up being the most difficult to get. Being informed by the staff that they could be picked up at a cvs or rite aide or Walmart when in fact that specific one they wrote down could not , when calling to ask where else we could get it “at a pet pharmacy “ and my response okay well what pet pharmacy’s . And the only one they could state was Chewys … that we now have to wait until the prescription is approved by your office that can take 1-2 days and then it needs to be shipped here that can take 3-5 days … all those days on top of the days he has already had to go without. I’m praying no infections come .

Who knew a dog could love going to the vet to get shots? Well ours does!! It's probably the love she gets there from Doc and the others (Not to mention treats,Lol). Staff is always friendly. She's been going 4yrs now.

Love this place. My dog is never afraid of the vet, he actually gets excited when he realizes where we are. Caring staff and really great pricing. They don't try to gouge you with useless tests. Definitely recommend!
