Dr. Odet Kaspari-Chiriboga is a one-of-a-kind, compassionate, and pure-hearted human being who was born to be a pet doctor. Her passion and genuine love for her “paw-tients” shine through in everything she does. She is kind, gentle, and always respectful, making every visit a positive experience not only for us but for our dog, Cooper, who actually loves going to the vet!

We’ve been bringing Cooper here for over two years now, and the care he’s received has been nothing short of exceptional. Dr. Odet’s expertise and attention to detail, combined with her warm and caring nature, make her truly irreplaceable.

The front desk team, especially Nini, is equally amazing! Nini goes above and beyond every single time, treating Cooper like he’s her own dog. Her kindness and dedication make such a difference, and the rest of the team is just as fantastic.

Hillcrest Pet Hospital is more than just a vet—it’s a place where you feel like family, and your furry friends are treated with the utmost love and care. We started coming to Hillcrest when my dog was still a puppy and needed more attention. We couldn’t get an appointment at her first vet. Even when it felt like she needed to be seen soon they would give us an appointment weeks later. I called Hillcrest one morning and they said I could come in an hour later, even as a new patient. We never looked back. The staff is so friendly and Dr. Kaspari is easy to talk to and understanding. I’m grateful that we found them and love feeling welcomed every time we are there.

I’ve taken all 3 animals there. Two of my animals had real issues and I was helped all along the way and now they’re back to normal. And I just took my kitten in for its first check up.

Overall, I think everyone here genuinely loves animals. A few times when I was there I feel like some of the animal parents were impolite. I’m also upset when my animals are sick and it’s really stressful. Just please remember that everyone here wants your animal to be healthy too. And running a pet hospital is very stressful too.

I’ll keep taking my pets here. I like the people, the facility and the care.

We love Hillcrest!!! Dr. K and her staff are the best in the area. They are all so kind, friendly, and hilarious! They really make you feel like family. On top of their fabulous personalities, the animal care is top notch too. They don’t force you to get any unnecessary procedures for your animals, and they really make sure you have a full understanding of what you are getting before you pay. I highly recommend Hillcrest for any animal healthcare needs! 🙂
