Have been coming here for almost 2 years and they have great knowledge of rats. I’ve seen multiple different doctors and they have all been super helpful. I have 5 girl rats and have had a mammary tumor removed with them as well as help with removing and treating and an abscess. They are so great with communication during the healing process and making sure everything goes smoothly at home. Also you can tell they love their patients.

Dr Ness and his amazing staff are all professional and kind. Jessica is the best. She makes sure to answer all your questions, regardless of how silly they may be. Her and Dr Ness never rush through your visit and take the time to be thorough. They treat my beardie like he’s one of their family members.They’re gentle with him and patient with me. Thank you all for everything you do. We appreciate you!

Me and my babies LOVE Ness Exotics! My 3 ferrets see Dr. Golan who is amazing. She helped me diagnose my male with glaucoma when my usual exotic vet claimed everything was fine and to just “watch” his bulging eye! Immediately Dr Golan got to work with a plan on how to prepare Bruce for the removal of his eye. I’m so thankful for their quick action and attention to any concerns I may have! She even still asks me how he’s doing when we come in for monthly visits with our other ferret who has insulinoma. I love how friendly the staff is from the time you enter to when you leave, I also love that they build a bond with their clients and can remember them by name! Ness Exotics if 100% approved by Cinnamon, Luna, and Bruce (the 1 eye ferret)!

Misgendered our rabbits, then mistakenly said the female most likely wasn’t pregnant, and we ended up with 4 surprise baby rabbits.

We took our 2 bunnies here at 11 weeks where we were told they were both female. Came back a few weeks later for their vaccine booster and not told anything different. Then went back after a few months to get them spayed and asked them to double check genders since they had been acting funny. Turns out one was actually male.

The doctor checked the female and said he couldn’t hear additional heartbeats and didn’t feel anything so most likely we got lucky and she didn’t get pregnant before I separated them. Turns out she was pregnant, and 2 weeks later she had 4 baby rabbits. Then when I called to get advice on what to do/not do with the mom and babies since I’ve never dealt with this, they called back relaying information from the doctor about what to do with a pregnant rabbit instead of my situation which was already after she had babies.

Dr. Ness was always pleasant during the appointment, but I just would never recommend this place considering all of the mistakes they made on something as basic as the gender and pregnancy of a pet, especially considering they saw them multiple times.

I had a great visit her with Dr Ness and his associates. The front desk personnel were very kind and professional and Dr Ness was awesome. I heard great things about Dr Ness as I am a reptile enthusiast and he lives up to the hype. He is very knowledgeable, empathetic, and thorough. I definitely recommend him. The first photo is 3 weeks ago the second one is this evening.... She's eating on her own for the first time in 3 months!

Wouldn’t trust my bunny to anyone else. They are professional and very knowledgeable. They saved my bunny by diagnosing an aggressive Cancer to her Paw. She ended up needing an amputation. It was very scary for us because we know how fragile bunnies are but we knew she was in the best hands. Then, they also saved our Guinea pig who became so sick we thought we were going to lose her, again they acted fast and successfully treated her and got her healthy. All through this, they were patient, kind, and super gentle and loving to our baby. You can tell they absolutely love their job.
We love them so much that now we are taking our cat for holistic vet care. I trust them so much, I know they truly care about their patients.

So glad we switched vets to see this team of experts for our rabbits, most other vets gave vague answers and exams and didn't give proper advice. If you're in the area, don't take your rabbits anywhere else. Finally feel like they're well cared for.
