We have had a great experience with Dr. Fox and her team at Hill. She was always kind and gentle with our dog, gave us sound advice regarding her health (our dog was already a senior once we started taking her here), and the prices are very reasonable. Dr. Fox was always able to squeeze us in for emergency visits, typically the day of. The end of life services she offers were exactly what we wanted for our dog, and couldn't have been more impressed during such a difficult time for our family. We will definitely be back when we are ready to bring another pup into our lives.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. But paying almost $700.00 on my dogs ear and he had the same problem. I have used a product I bought and is working very well. I'm sorry but I cannot afford to go to Hills Animal Care.

We have taken a dog there numerous times with visible issues, yet the vet continues to say there is nothing wrong. Quotes for services over the phone are inconsist with "estimates" given before an operation. They don't seem to grasp the concept of how much their own services cost. They have been very unprofessional and would highly recommend NOT taking your loved ones here.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but thought I would share the negative experience my girlfriend had at Hill.

We moved to town recently and our main vet is out of town still. Our small dog was vomiting blood this morning and she had been recommended to Hill by poison control bc it is close to our house.

Upon showing up and walking in the lobby, clearly upset, she was told that she couldn’t be inside due to COVID restrictions and was told she needed to go outside (holding our dog and towels/blankets) to call them.

One nurse even walked outside by her while she was trying to call, they answered and basically asked if she had an appointment because they were busy that morning and would have to check to see if a vet could see him.

This was clearly an emergency type situation, and for being animal lovers and a vet clinic, the woman showed no empathy for her situation.

Thankfully, we went to SportsVet in Champaign and had a wonderful experience. We will not consider Hill again in the future.

I just moved here and have a 90 lb Goldendoodle. I was hesitant with any groomer since Theo had bad experiences in the past. I gave Hill a try and we are very pleased. He was there open to close which I'm not used to but it gave us a break. We will be coming back next time. Thank you so much for taking care of him.

Hr Hill is good staff is great, but I really miss Dr Miller. The vet that is the fill-in, I prefer not to see again.
