We have been working with AllStates Restoration for the past several months after we had flooding and mold damage to our basement. Our initial meeting was with Carl, who was professional, knowledgeable and courteous from start to finish. He walked us through the necessary steps we needed to take and also referred us to a public adjuster he recommended that we ended up using who was very helpful. Every staff member we encountered at AllStates was helpful, professional and courteous. They got back to us right away and were at the house working on our basement when they said they would be. They were there with us every step of the way through start to finish. I really hope that we never run into any issues like this in the future, but if we do, I know who we will be calling without question. They are, without a doubt a company you can rely on and know you’ll be in good hands if you choose them. They are also fairly priced compared to local competitors. Would highly recommend. 5 star without question. Not one complaint. Thank you AllStates for all of your help!

Great experience, AllStates was reccomended to me by a contractor who worked on my home. I had discovered mold in my basement ceiling from condensation leaking through an HVAC vent. Allstates took careful measures, tested the air quality before and after work, setup containment barriers with air scrubbers all throughout the house and removed the damaged section of the ceiling, fixed the leak and tested to confirm the mold was not harmful. This put my mind at ease. I would definitely do business with this company again.

Allstates is an amazing company to hire for everything related to restoration and more. Selda in the office who takes care of scheduling, coordinating, etc has been accommodating more than you can ask for going above and beyond for everything under the sun. From the initial phone call for help to the responsiveness of the team to the property they have been wonderful. My wife and I help with suggestions and handling the coordination with repairs and maintenance at my MIL’s house and we couldn’t be happier. After my MIL noticed a leak in the slab a few months ago we called in Allstates and a leak detection company. We narrowed it down to old tile and grout seams that started to leak and the house was on a slab. Allstates was professional , courteous and very helpful with figuring this project out from the start. This project has lasted a few months due to the extensive issues but Allstates and all of the other trades involved worked together and kept us in the loop throughout the process.
Shout out to the owners of the company Sean and Bonnie, and a Huge shoutout to Selda and Anthony and the entire team who arrived and took care of business. I don’t know everyone’s name who was present throughout this process which stretched for a couple months but we are absolutely grateful to those that helped.
I will never call another restoration company after experiencing what I did with Allstates.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Mister Carl George of AllStates Restoration. He stopped by to inspect mold on my bathroom ceiling that developed from a leak in my upstairs bathroom.

Not only did Carl carefully explain the extent of mold damage on my ceiling, he also educated me about the variety of molds, the havoc they can cause when left untreated, and some of the public misconceptions about mold. All of the information he relayed had practical connections to my mold situation, and as a result I felt reassured about the mold situation. It turned out to be an easier fix than I originally anticipated.

I highly recommend anyone looking for a mold expert to schedule with AllStates. Their expertise and thoroughness will save you money, time, and unnecessary worrying. In the process, you'll learn something about mold and the processes involved with its treatment.

I would highly recommend AllStates Restoration. I felt like they were on my team, and when the insurance company did not cooperate, AllStates was right there in my corner. I had a leak in my garage during the cold December months in 2021, where a good chunk of the ceiling and side wall were soaked and starting to show some mold. The process was really easy and the completion of the job was thoroughly done properly until all the wood was completely dry.

First, one of their reps by the name of Al came to the house, and completely explained how the process was going to work. He kept in constant communication throughout, even calmed me down multiple times when I was upset about all the water damage. Then, they sent Manny and his crew to tear down the sheetrock. They were neat, and cleaned up when they were done. Next, they sectioned off parts of the garage and placed heater and vents in the area to start the drying process. They used sophisticated devices to measure when the drying was completed. Anthony and Kailin did this work, and were a pleasure to deal with. Finally, when the drying was completed, they had Chuck come to my house to wrap the exposed pipes and put up new sheetrock.

I could not have been happier with the process. The only problem with everything was the lack of support from the insurance company, but AllStates worked with me the entire way! Sean and his staff were professional and put the customers first!

Waking up to a clogged sewer line in your basement at 6:30 on a Wednesday is hell. AllStates were right on the phone with me to get everything taken care of in minutes. Not only did they coordinate with my plumber and collaborate on what they would be doing after his work was done, but the Team did an EXCELLENT job getting my basement back and sanitized. And all done by just after lunchtime! Highly recommend and I will be using them going forward!
