In the two years that me and my boyfriend have been there it has been very good since Christy has been property manager. A lot has changed for the better. Very quiet neighborhood and nice neighbors! ❤️

First of all let me just say if you're considering moving here, we are a very tight knit community. A lot of us have kids and we are friends as well as neighbors! We all look out for each other and not many of us don't know one another, but everyone keeps to themselves otherwise. Kids are able to play outside freely (near parents) help is anywhere you look.
I'd like to say, since Christy Farrow has been here as our landlord, we have seen SO many positive changes. In the past this complex sort of had a "bad rep." I just wanted to write a review about living here since Christy's been in charge...I have never met a landlord more willing to help, and to make things work for the community up here. We have seen big changes so far. It is all around a cleaner and SAFER place to live. We have been seeing these changes happen constantly and it probably not the easiest job managing 9+ buildings! Please consider living up here. I GARUNTEE you Christy will help you every step of the way...She genuinely cares about the residents and puts up with no non-sense.

Whispering Hills has improved tremendously since Christy Farrow has taken over as Management. She's updating the laundry equipment. Christy is very helpful and compassionate in all she does for others.The tenents and quality of Whispering Hills is vastly better. Thank you Christy

I came from Chicago to welcome our family's new arrival.👶💜 I expected a whole different experience being it was in the middle of "nowhere", but it was a very nice quiet place to raise kids. There was a problem that needed maintenance and it was fixed in a short time, even with the office being closed. 👍 The unit was a good size and spaced out enough for privacy to each unit. I'm even thinking about moving out to this area.🙂

Located on a hill. Nice proximity to the Mississippi river. The managers are laid back. Brand new washers & dryers.

Cockroaches. Drunk neighbors yelling loudly late at night throwing beer cans down the hill. Foundation cracked and grass growing inside my apartment. Filthy laundry rooms and hallways. Neighbor’s apartments so dirty and gross it makes your apartment stink. Kids running amuck with no supervision cussing and running out infront of your vehicle.

the water here is absolutely disgusting, it smells like boiled eggs, you can't consume it, it's leaves hard water spots on everything it touches, it stains the sinks, toilets, and showers. any products that are left in the shower will have a red/orange substance left in any creases on the container from the water, and it damaged my hair.
