I have been going to this very same clinic for over 30 years.
When Dr. Heist and Billie Rose took over I wasn’t sure how it would go.
But let me tell you, they are a GREAT TEAM!!
I’m proud to call Rincon Vista Veterinary Clinic, my veterinary clinic of choice.
My husband and I consider our pets our family, our best friends and quite simply our gifts from God.

We took our boy, Bandit, to Rincon Vista for some vaccine work and we are very satisfied with our visit. Our pup does not do too well with new places/people but the staff were all super friendly and helpful. The vet even recommended a trial run of a new medication to help him with his anxiety. They were upfront about the pricing of every treatment and medication, and I feel that they were not too pushy/sales-like which I've found some vet clinics to be. All-in-all: affordable, friendly service. 10/10

I have been going to Rincon Vista for the past 13 years. They are very caring and thorough with all my animal's needs. I have never been forced to do any service that I feel uncomfortable with, and they are upfront about their costs. Everyone is friendly and communicate well. As long as I have pets, this is my veterinarian of choice.

This is our trusted vet for all 3 of our cats. They are friendly, helpful, and always happy to answer any questions we have! We are happy and comfortable to take our babies here for anything they need. The staff is wonderful and honest and upfront about pricing before you agree to anything. I love it here

Great visit! I did a little research of course before going here and the reviews we’re amazing for a reason! It was my puppies first visit to the vet so I was a little nervous, but that feeling quickly passed. They were able to squeeze me in same day as my puppy was in pain. The receptionist was very nice and friendly. The vet tech we worked with was VERY knowledgeable and took time to explain every option, answering any questions I had and making me feel comfortable with whatever path I chose to go down. My puppy definitely made a lot of new friends with the staff! Dr Heist came out to speak with me and was personable, kind and you can tell she really cares about her patients. All she wants is the best for every pup. She goes over every little detail in what she diagnoses and why things are the way they are. Overall a great experience and will be taking all of my dogs there from now on. Thanks guys!

They are really good with animals. They are just expensive. I would recommend them for taking care of your animals needs. But you need to make sure you have the money to do so.

So far I haven't even seen the Vet and I really like this place! Had a horrible experience with the groomer next door in which my dog was mistreated and fortunately the staff at this office came to the rescue. The lady that helped me was extremely nice and cleaned up my dog at no charge. I was put in a terrible situation and they saved the day! I made an appointment for him immediately. We are looking for a good new Vet anyhow. When I get more info and experience at this place I will update this review with names etc... I'm willing to bet that the Vet has the same care as the staff though. Often who people hire is indicative of who they are themselves and I like this place. UPDATE! I just wanted to say how much I like this place and the Vet is very nice and seems to be great with animals. You can tell she really cares about ALL animals and Mr. Lucky was in a lot of pain when he went in there. He was treated very well even though he was so nervous from the previous trauma we had elsewhere. All in all she checked Mr. Lucky out and gave recommendations for his current meds and what I could do if he continued to be in lots of pain. She even offers acupuncture at what seems to be a reasonable price I may have to try it for him at some point if I feel he really needs it. I will certainly be back I found a great new veterinarian!

You really couldn’t have a more caring veterinarian as Dr. Heist to see your companion. I’ve never had another veterinarian get in the floor to be with my dogs before, they always have been lifted up on a table and we’re afraid up there. Not Dr. Heist. She’s great. She has seen all 3 of my dogs and whenever possible, she is the one I choose to have them seen by. Extremely thorough and knowledgeable.
