Por favor no vengan aqui. No les importa sus dudas y preguntas. Aparte no hablan español y no pudieron explicarnos el proceso. Muy buenos para cobrar pero no para ayudar.

Dont come here. They dont care about your doubts or concerns. They also don't speak any spanish, so if you need assistance you're out of luck. Theyre quick to charge you but not to help you.

Muy mal servicio no es en realidad un hospital de mascotas antes de nada te advierten lo que cuesta el servicio y tratan alas mascotas con asco y muy mala atencion no te dan esperanza no saben que puedes querer tanto a tu mascota como un miembro de la familia ?

We've gone to VSCOT for two of our cats now, Sfida and Gus, and everyone has been so kind, helpful and accommodating. Everyone was so caring and helped with finding a great surgeon when we needed one. This has by far been my best experience with emergency vet visits.

Brought my pup in here last night with a terrible tail injury but simply couldn’t afford to treat her there… thankfully I was able to get in with her regular vet during office hours and have miss Frankie taken care of!!! However the staff here was amazing and my dog literally left a bloody mess everywhere. He tail did end up being amputated today… but thanks to everyone involved in the most horrific night of my life, my bestie is happy, healthy, safe and was well cared for!!! Frankie and family appreciate it!!!

Went here to support friends who had a very sick cat. Turned out the poor thing had a stroke and was not able to move his back half. The staff and doctor were incredible! Very caring and discussed all the options. Was a moving experience and it was determined that it was best for the cat to not suffer anymore. Sat with friends and their sweet cat throughout the process. Again the doctor and staff were amazing!

We brought our dog to them after she had been attacked by another dog. It was a very busy Friday night and they did get her in quickly. Unfortunately they had several dog bite dogs in. They sutured her up and sent her home after several hours. 3 days later we noticed that our dog had another bite that was on the opposite side of her that was totally missed all together. By then she had a massive infection on both sides. Once again she had to go into surgery. 3 days later we had to return to remove her drainage tube to find out the original incision was not healing properly. Now she had to have another surgery to re-suture her. We had 4 different Doctors in the 3 visits who all told us different things about her treatment plan. We could not put our dog through more surgeries. Each time literally took the life out of her and took several days to recover. They wanted to do 5 more procedures. Along with a bill over 2500. We had to make the hardest decision for our girl and had to put her down. The tech’s and front office was outstanding and had true compassion for our dog.
