I brought my dog that have ear problem, tried many other way that the dr suggested, i used to clean the discharge once a week,her ear get worst, now i have to clean the discharge everyday and there is blood too.. the dr give up saying that i should try other vet.. i spent over $2500 hoping my dog would at least get better..if you love your pet, please do not bring them here...

It's a really great vet! They really care about your animals here. They are also pretty cheap compared to some of the places I have gone to before. Their parking area is a bit small and harder to access, but besides that, I have had zero issues. I have been taking my pup here for about 9 months.

Searched for quite a while when we relocated to the area. This place had a waitlist that was months long when I checked. Got on the list, did more searching. After about 2 or so weeks we got an appointment to get established. I can’t say enough positive things about the place. The techs are all awesome. The vets are very thoughtful and thorough. I have had them advise against expensive procedures when they were not necessary; that detail alone speaks volumes. I trust my animals (3) with these folks.

Dr. Dowd and the staff at Arbor had taken care of Maggie, our Beagle, for many years and kept her in great health as she lived to almost 18. When Maggie got cancer they let us know what the options were and what was best for Maggie. They then helped us prepare for her passing when it came time. I couldn't be more happy with the service we have gotten at Arbor and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a veterinary hospital that really cares about your pets and you.

High pressure insurance sales and unnecessary test are the M.O. of this Veterinary service. The staff are friendly but the Dr's are condescending and demining especially Dr. Susan Dowd. The prices for service are way too high as well. There are many better options in the area.

What is happening? I was just called by the manager of Arbor Animal Hospital that my dog’s appointment would have to be cancelled.Ten minutes earlier, I was offered three different days this week for my sick dog to be seen. I agreed on the earliest one, which was today at 3pm. I was told to leave a $69 deposit for him to be seen, which I paid. Now, not only do they have no room for him today, but the other two days are not available either.
What is the deposit for? Where is the professionalism? I still can’t believe it.

Arbor is great! My cat Colby gets nervous when leaving the house and they take great care of him. All of the techs are super friendly and are great with the animals. They are the best!
