Dr. Czapor is compassionate and you can tell how much she really cares for my dog and her patients. She always takes the time to listen to each of my concerns and is very attentive to all the details. She answers my questions so that I don't leave feeling unsure about anything, and demonstrates a thorough understanding of veterinary medicine. The documents I receive after each visit are very detailed, which shows me that each of my concerns and questions were addressed with careful consideration. She also gave my 13-year-old dog the extensive dental care he needed, and afterwards I received documents detailing every step of the process, which I appreciated so much. It showed me that she took good care of my dog's teeth. I really appreciated that the documents even included before and after photos. In addition, the customer service I've received from the front desk has been nothing but wonderful over the several years my dog has been a regular patient of Metropolitan Veterinary Center. Their communication and responsiveness has been consistently excellent.

The staff at the Center is very nice. It’s easy to schedule appointments. Check-in and check-out is quick, no delays or waiting. Our pet is never stressed, everyone has been treating her so well! She recently had surgery (spay) and everything went very well, no side effects, recovering great 🙂 We are very happy to have Metropolitan Veterinary Center nearby!

All of the staff are so kind. They really did everything they could to put my mind at ease while my cat was going in for dental surgery. They always treat him so well, are very gentle and I know that my cat is in good hands when I bring him here. His surgery went great, they always check in the next day to make sure and it is awesome to have vets/technicians/surgeons that seem to genuinely care about our pets!!

Metropolitan Vet Center has been amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the communication is excellent, both before and after appointments. Our golden retriever puppy, Benson, sees Dr. Czapor, and we couldn’t ask for a better vet. She takes her time, explains everything clearly, and answers all our questions. We’re so glad we found Metro Vet and highly recommend them!

I was referred to this vet years ago, and they used to be really great! I am not sure what’s happened in the past 3-4 years, but I am incredibly disappointed. I have had to rearrange my schedule almost weekly and take off work to accommodate them, which is frustrating because I specifically go to a vet clinic with multiple DVMs and techs since I do not work a traditional 9-5 job with PTO, etc.

I have asked to see a different vet/tech nearly every time I have scheduled to avoid taking so much unpaid time off work, and this office has become extremely inflexible and a lot of employees have given my family and I conflicting information as well.

I was getting ready to take my cat today for her appointment that was rescheduled over two weeks ago, and they contacted me last minute to inform me they are canceling her appointment. When I called, all the information was very conflicting and they blamed me for canceling, although I was working and planning to take my cat in for her scheduled appointment today, and they contacted me and canceled her appointment, not me. I am beyond frustrated because I took off work to accommodate this appointment over two weeks ago, as they claimed it was absolutely impossible for them to see me on the days I am available and off work.

Two separate times in the last two months, I have left with a cat with a cannula in her ear, that required surgical removal, with no follow-up appointment scheduled because of confusing scheduling problems. I feel very unheard at Metro Vet now.

I am very worried my cat isn’t receiving the right care at the right times due to their scheduling problems. I have empathy for any veterinary practice, and have tried to remain polite, but it seems to have harmed my cat and I in the end.

I now have an elderly cat with health problems that I am not sure how to properly care for, who has been in a cone for over 50 days, with no word on when my cat will be okay and healthy again. The employees have always been great to us, but the scheduling and inflexibility may seriously impact my cat’s health, which is why I am leaving this review.

I am not sure what has happened with this office over the past 3-4 years, but it used to be a lot better and I was never worried about my cat’s health before this experience. I really hope they are able to improve quickly!

I wanted to edit my review to add that they promised they would call and follow-up and they never did. I would not take your pet here if you care about them!
