We had an explosion in our kitchen due to a failed science experiment (kids making rocket fuel). Once the shock wore off and we started calling cleanup and restoration companies Servpro was the first to call us back and they quickly came to our home and started the process. They thoroughly cleaned and sanitized our home and all furniture and clothing. They worked well with our insurance company which was a relief for me and my family during a very difficult time. Leaving your home for a month because it is not livable is something I never thought would happen to us but it did and I really appreciate everything Servpro did for us. They did a fantastic job and I really trusted them with our belongings. I would definitely recommend Servpro to anyone who needs any cleanup and/or restoration in their home.

The kitchen is officially done!!! What a journey but we survived the chaos. So happy to have it back and restored. Thank you to the crews that cleaned up the water, mold and everything in between. A big shout out to both ServPro Montrose and DRS Services for their help through the whole process with Home Depot's insurance and restoration efforts. It turned out amazing!! Thank you to both these businesses for helping us.

I had a water softener leak on a Sunday evening and Servpro was here in little over an hour. These men are polite, respectful and hard working. It was all handled very professionally. They also communicated everything they were doing n why and what would be happening next. I really appreciated that. I would recommend them to all my friends.

Had a pipe leak in my crawl space. Servpro spent 2 weeks draining, cleaning up and drying. They were friendly, explained everything they did and just helped me through a stressful situation.

There was some discrepancy between agents where one said it was dry on a Friday but then when they came Monday to pick up their equipment they said it was still wet . They had to leave their machines in our house for two days because they had emergencies for 2 days in a row, and if we had asked them to pick up their machines they would have considered it emergency time. So we just left them as is with no problem . Hopefully we won't be charged for keeping unused equipment for 2 days!
