I absolutely love this animal hospital. Dr. DeMoore is very professional and informative. All the vet assistants in the exam room are kind and gentle with both my Sphinx cat Yoga and my Frenchie Clay.

Yoda has gotten his front paws declawed and neutered in one procedure. After attempting MANY different solutions to get him to stop destroying all my furniture, I felt understood by the vet as well as assured Yoda was in good hands. Yoda indeed healed quickly with zero complications.

I am scheduling Clay for neutering and to have his right airways opened coming this spring. I have full confidence his procedures will go just as smoothly.

I have gone and recommended Lockport animal hospital to many near-by family members and friends.

this place is terrible terrible terrible once my video gets leaked out of my dog visit with them getting neutered. I had a camera on his jacket you can’t really see very well cause they bald up my dog’s leather jacket and put it in a bag, but I could hear the police are doing investigation Don’t not bring your dog there.

Worst animal hospital we have been to. It starts with unfriendly, snotty staff at the front desk. Nurses seem nice, but doctors have no bedside manners and are very cold. Also waiting times are off the chart. Every single time we have been here, we waited over an hour to even be called into a room and then additional time until a doctor comes to see you! And that is WITH an appointment. They also don’t take walk ins and have very limited weekend coverage too. If you decide to come here, be prepared to deal with unfriendly staff and bring lots of time, since you’ll be waiting all day!

This vet was highly recommended to me. Overall the front desk lady with orange blonde highlights was extremely rude and my wait time was about 25 minutes.

I have been seeing Dr. DeMoor for 13 or so years now and I have never felt more lucky to have found someone like him. A good vet is hard to find. He is not only compassionate, honest and personable, but very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. Will always be seeing him whenever I am in need of guidance for my critters. He will always keep you informed and armed with all information. The hospital is a beautiful facility with wonderful staff. I have never had a bad experience with anyone there. Highly recommend as a practice overall.

Just got 2 teacup yorkies for my wife one caught a cold and we took them in for a check up the vet and staff were very thorough and friendly and put my wife at ease we as well as our daughter and her pitbull will continue to use this vet

We have been bringing our dog to this vet for over 4 years, since he was a little puppy. They have always treated Kevin with care and compassion. As you can probably tell from the pictures, Kevin isn't a big fan of going to the doctor.

We are lucky that Kevin has had a relatively healthy life to this point. His only procedure was his neutering, which went very smoothly.

I was not sure if I had a pawmergency or just a minor pawblem. I am glad they do whatever they can to fit in an appointment. This level of care makes it possible to sleep better at night when your dog is old and a bit creaky.
