We had utilized Welcome Waggin when our current vet could not get us in for an appointment soon enough. They were excellent! Our Leroy was struggling and with their help, found out that he had brain tumors. They were wonderful at helping us to understand the situation and did everything they could to keep him comfortable. They were also the ones to come and put him down when it was time. They were compassionate, caring and overall wonderful to work with. I am switching all my pets over to them!! I couldn't have asked for any better service or kindness during this difficult time for our family. You are all the best!!

We love the Welcome Waggin’! They treated my lab Lily like family and made her last days as comfortable as possible. When we adopted a new pup we didn’t hesitate to continue with them for Jaxon’s vaccines and care. We used the Welcome Waggin for the first time this week to put our 14 year old miniature schnauzer to sleep. We had never used a mobile vet service and didn’t know what to expect, but Dr. Fagan and Sarah were very kind and helped us through a very difficult experience. They explained all of our options and the process to us, as well as any potential things that could happen given my dog’s cardiac issues. They were so gentle with her and gave us enough time to say goodbye and provided us with some words of encouragement that helped me feel significantly better. I feel so much more at peace knowing my dog passed away in her favorite spot with her favorite people in a relaxing and loving environment. Thank you to Dr. Fagan and Sarah for your compassion and assistance on a very difficult day for our family! We will certainly be sure to recommend the Welcome Waggin to others.

Welcome Wagon In-Home Pet Care was there for us when we needed them. They responded quickly, and came to our home prepared for our 18 year old cat Holly’s end of life services. They walked us through every step answering our questions & gave us time to move ahead as we said goodbye to our girl. Their warm & caring approach made a painful time bearable. We had the best care with Welcome Waggin’ when we had to make the horrible decision to euthanize our dog. It was very sudden and they were able to come same day for in-home euthanasia. They showed us compassion and empathy through the whole process. The vet and tech were kind and gentle. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and honored all our wishes for our last moments with our pet. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a check in text days later. They sent us a card in the mail that they made a donation in our pets honor and 5 trees were planted in Oregon. It was an incredible, special coincidence that we had just moved from Oregon so this brought us to tears. I could not recommend this company enough. They truly lessened our burden and made this devastating decision easier. Thank you!

There are not enough words to describe how AMAZING the entire Welcome Waggin' experience is. The entire team from start to finish goes above and beyond. One of our cats is extremely skiddish and shy so we were looking for a much less stressful way to get him his vaccinations and check-up. Could not have imagined how well it would go! The team took the time to read the in-take form and questionnaire and came in ready to go to avoid as much potential down time as possible. They were beyond kind and such cat whisperers!! We will be changing all of our pets to Welcome Waggin' for a much calmer and incredible experience. THANK YOU!!
