Just took my pets for their first visit to this clinic and I couldn’t be happier! Wonderfully kind people who were so attentive and focused on delivering great care! Our pets were stress free when we left there, most notably our cat, and that speaks volumes about the comforting care this team provided. I’m so thankful and am at peace knowing we have found such a lovely team of professionals to care for our two babies!

One of our cats had a serious infection and needed another antibiotic shot on New Year’s Eve. I got in early, the staff was attentive and quick to act and solved the problem. The cat is much better today.

The staff are all very polite here and the vet we see is very knowledgeable. However I have become very frustrated with them on multiple occasions. They rarely ever answer their phone. There have been several instances where I have called with a question regarding one of my animals (during business hours) and never got an answer. I left voicemails every single time and not once did I get a call back. Very disappointing because this vet seems like a perfect fit besides that.

We trust no one else with our animals. Dr. Jared is our favorite, but we have had him since I can remember. They are all amazing. Everyone there is always so excited to see our crew show up. They are always so caring, explain things so well, and point us in the right direction. You get what you pay for and I will never take our animals anywhere else. Love this clinic!!

We were wanting to adopt a dog and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a lot of wonderful dogs and cats looking for love, so go check them out, we found our newest ❤ and now she's home with us.

Edit: Response says it was "avoidable" and I agree. They don't have to be rude when discussing things over the phone. Not difficult to understand. Its a matter of words, tone, and empathy. I can confidently say, the person I talked to on the phone had no interest in helping me, and was combative and dismissive when discussing my situation.

It has become apparent that the staff at this clinic doesn't have time for their patients' owners unless you're there for an appt and paying the charge for an office visit, even when it comes to picking up meds. There was an issue with the meds I went to pick up, but the tech didn't have time to fix it, so I had to go back again the following day to pick them up. There's a lot more to it, but I don't want this review to be too long. My point to this review is that after 2 office visits, xrays and meds, they still don't know the cause of my dog's severe pain in his leg. After speaking with the tech on the phone and me expressing my frustration, she told me to take him to another vet and hung up. Now I don't have enough meds to keep my dog pain free until I can get him in at another clinic.

Update: I took my dog to another vet. He was able to figure out the source of my dog's pain. Turns out, it was a simple fix.
