The animal hospital is currently open. I bring my dog in & talk to the guy sitting at the counter who tells me that he's not doing anything today so I will have to find a different veterinarian. Why on Earth is your business open and you are present if you can't do your job? I have never heard of such strange business practices. I mean what on Earth are you open for if you are telling people that you're not going to do your job today?

I brought my 100 lbs baby of a dog in the day I called for an appointment. Fen is a big baby about new places outside of home. The entire staff was friendly and understanding about my dogs’ unease on the hard floors. They were friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient.

The doctor cleaned Fen’s wound, offered sound advice and answered all of my questions. We will definitely be back for all of our veterinarian needs!

Few years back my dog was hit by a truck and called them for an emergency. Was never called back. Seen the vet later and he said all the phone number was there. Had been there before and all he had to do was pull my record
She died a few hours later.
Now this past week I had my cat in for not being able to hold down hard food and throwing up. He ate soft food and no problems so after spending $200 he had no idea of the problem. So he gave me these 5 little pills. Which did nothing! When they brought him back out the secretary was carrying my 15 lb cat by the neck and holding him up by his tail and now we have another issue as he is very painful on the rear. Not only is she not qualified to handle animals properly she is also rude and insensitive. What a joke.
Not going there again. Will drive to Flora or Albion where I have been with other animals. The care there is so much better.

The Olney animal clinic helped me out immensely. I was going through a very rough point in my life and I had to put my dog down that I was very emotionally attached to. They were very professional and understanding. I will definitely go back for my other animals. Very professional and positive experience especially in such a hard time I was going through.

My cat was neutered at this facility. I have a receipt to prove that. I'm not completely certain as to what qualifies as a file or if files are deleted after so long.. but to just straight up deny that and not explain why you don't have a record was extremely unprofessional. The same cat, that could barely breathe was denied help. Luckily, another clinic that I've gone to took him in, no questions asked. He had a virus that could've killed him. But, he's here with me today.

Update.. due to the new situation, this facility was my last option for hope. I had to set an appointment to have a kitten to be seen with severe burns. Due to the 4th of July, the closest date I could choose was the 7th, 4 days after. The receptionist did give some advice by telling me to try and keep the areas clean. I non stopped giving care to that little guy day and night. He seemed to have so much determination that I thought he would definitely pull through this. The day of the appointment, I came home to find that he had passed on. This place seems to have their regulars and that's about all they want to deal with.

This man has taken care of my pets for around fifteen years. Called them Saturday morning because my little doggie was crying in pain. The receptionist told us there only doing vaccination today could I schedule you for sometime next week. No thanks to these people my baby girl passed away the next day. I will never go back ever again. That was so disrespectful after all these years going there they had the nerve to tell me no not today.

We had to cancel our appointment and were just going to get our kitten spayed but they had the audacity to tell us we would have to pay what for the visit we didn't show up for. RIP OFF! We even got flea medication and it was super expensive and didn't work. DO NOT GO HERE!

I took my kitten Iddy there last week to get dewormed, hoping it was the issue. The vet did tell me he was very tiny n not thriving. The next morning he did pass away. The vet was quick about getting me in .Thanks again.
