Very nice place. Clean. Vet assistant was super friendly. The vet woman was nice, she took her time. I usually go elsewhere but it was a lower cost for an appointment, and I was happy with the service. My pup is feeling much better!

We took in a very sweet stray cat that we decided to keep. My overpriced vet that I will not name in a huge clinic in Sherman Oaks would not see him. I am SO glad that happened because Roswinn took him in and gave him excellent care and compassion. They really take their time and explained everything so clearly. They also didn't upsell and gave me options on cheaper things to try to help his sinus infection first.

It's also easy to get an appointment and communicate with the front desk. It has that small town vet feel. Taking all my fur babies to them from now on!

My previous vet could not see my dog for several days. Roseanne got her in next day. The vet was fantastic spent a ton of time learning the history and explaining optional paths. Highly recommend

Absolutely love this vet clinic!! We bring our two senior chihuahuas here and they show them so much love and kindness and compassion. They never try to upsell us, they are always transparent and understanding when it comes to costs. When we come in for a vet appointment, they make us feel like they are giving us and our animals their full attention. Thank you to all the staff here.

Dr. Ban and his team are very caring and people that I can trust my pet with. Param, my chi-mix, recently had a check up and a blood panel done. Dr. Ban acknowledged and answered all my questions/concerns regarding Param and was very patient with me. I was really satisfied with my visit.

I’m not a review person but I decided to do it this time in hopes that I can save pet parents from heartbreak and from wasting tons of money. If you are looking for a kind and honest vet this is the place to go, everyone from Debbie who is usually the first beautiful soul who greats you in the most warm way and the rest of the technicians who treat your pets like they are their own.
Milo my cat has been Dr. Ban patient for almost 3 years, every time Milo has needed medical treatment Dr. Ban had always made sure that only what needed to be done was done, not like so many other places where you and your pet are just profit and they always do unnecessary test or
procedures just to get more money are out you.
In Roswinn hospital your pet is the first not money.
I don’t know if my crazy beautiful cat will be ok from an accident he recently had but I can honestly say that when the time comes I can’t imagine taking Milo to a different place for him take his last breath because he has always been treated with love, kindness, patience and respect in Roswinn Hospital.

I brought my rescue puppy in for their second course of vaccines and was told come back when he was 4 months old for the rabies shot and the dlpp. They gave Toffee his shots and said I was all set. I had to ask the receptionist several times about getting the shelter paperwork back that they had scanned for their records. She finally found them still in the scanner. I didn't think about it at the time but she also forgot to give me my receipt with the instructions and dates that toffee would be due back. So today when I showed up at the four month mark they told me I missed the interval for the dlpp and that toffee needed to wait another 3 weeks and get another dlpp shot. When I explained to Dr Ban that the receptionist had not provided me with any paperwork on my previous discharge he told me that he didn't believe me. I mentioned that it's very common practice for doctors of all kinds to make an appointment when a treatment is time sensitive, and that no attempt to make an appointment had been made. This simple gesture would have prevented any confusion. He didn't seem open to any kind of constructive criticism. I even tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and I went home to verify that there was nothing in my folder for my dog and of course there was not. He seemed perfectly fine with me moving on to find another vet. And so I will.
