If you truly love and care about your animals well-being, please take them elsewhere and don’t waste your time! You’re better off going out of your way somewhere else than have to wait for these evil, rude individuals “help” you. They only see you as a number. This is a Corporation ran business and you’re nothing but a dollar sign. NO COMPASSION, VERY CONDESCENDING, RUDE INDIVIDUALS. They should be ashamed of themselves!!

Translation in Spanish; Si realmente amas y te preocupas por el bienestar de tus animales, llévalos a otro lugar y no pierdas el tiempo. Es mejor que salgas de tu camino en otro lugar que tener que esperar a que estas personas malvadas y groseras te “ayuden”. Solo te ven como un número. Esta es una corporación y ellos solamente te tratan como un billete.

Great animal hospital. The staff is wonderful. I took my cat other day and Dr. Ho was very kind and diligent in treating him and communicating with me. We spent the whole day there and it was a very hard day but the staff and environment made it all better. Also, I loved the complimentary snacks and coffee, small things that make a difference and make waiting bearable and quite pleasant. Will definitely return.

My dog swallowed a tennis ball during his morning romp, and I’m very grateful for this vet! From the moment I called, the staff—from the front desk to the clinicians—were courteous and reassuring. The whole process took about ~45 minutes, and for $350, they safely induced vomiting and even sent me home with the ball in a baggy! Well worth it for the peace of mind!

Our pup was brought in through the ER because she was barely eating and was lethargic for nearly a week. She was initially seen by Dr. Lutchkenov who promptly hospitalized her and began testing her for various diseases. Because of him, they were able to figure what was wrong with her and she was tested for and diagnosed with Addison’s Disease. She was then put in the care of Dr. Ho who was amazing and very communicative throughout her stay at VERG. She guided us through this very scary diagnoses with empathy and professionalism. Everyone we encountered was amazing.

It’s an ER so there are wait times you will need to expect but I can vouch for the care and professionalism that goes into the treatment of your pet. Everyone there gave so much love and attention to our dog Happy.

My pet is alive and healthy today because of the dedicated doctors and staff at VERG. Dr. Matthew Morgan and Dr. Pavlova have worked tirelessly to keep my pet Lentil healthy and keep track of his health. Lentil went through the wringer with trying to get a diagnosis and when we finally got his biopsy surgery with Dr. Morgan, and he recovered beautifully, Dr. Pavlova has helped us with lentil’s liver disease prognosis and finding a way to manage his health. The kindness, compassion, and competence at this practice is overwhelming, especially after having negative and dismissive vet experiences in the past elsewhere. We are so lucky that in dire circumstances we have an emergency vet place like VERG nearby, and also so lucky to have a specialist for Lentil’s liver condition. The staff is so friendly and compassionate as well even though Lentil is not always the friendliest patient.

I have been with the oncology department at Verg for a year. The staff is beyond impeccable and their bedside manner is out of this world. Dr. Cohen, Kelsey, Daisy among others have supported me and my furbaby until the very end. Domenique at the front desk has held me in her arms from day 1 when we started chemotherapy and has been beyond supportive. The entire staff at Verg is friendly, supportive, helpful and thoughtful. I couldn’t have chosen a better establishment with better staff for my dog. Within the year of me being there, the staff became such a big part of support squad- like family! I am blessed to have found such honorable people to care for my girl! A 5 star rating is an understatement- they deserve all the stars in the sky. Remarkable is an understatement! I would recommend verg, the staff and especially Dr. Cohen to anyone in need to superb care.
