The most friendly place you could ask for! LGBTQ-FRIENDLY!!! So sweet and caring for your pets. They don't make you spend thousands of dollars so your pet can get help. I brought my cat to the emergency room and they wouldn't give him any antibiotics after getting a really bad infection and having a temperature of 106. Shannon eliminate the problem immediately and gave him the correct medication to drop his temperature immediately. It just really makes me sad that so many of these places are only there to collect your money and can care less about your pets 🐾 not this place you can rest assured that Shannon and her helpers are there to help and give you the respect that you would want. Not treat you like a numbers book. I can't thank Shannon enough for the amount of things that she's done for Milo! She has helped Milo out twice now in desperate need of help. She has made my baby feel great and is getting back on his paws. You can definitely rest assure Shannon will do anything in her power to help your animal correctly. I can't thank this place enough for all the help for Milo

I cannot recommend Dr. Shannon highly enough. After losing both of my parents unexpectedly and just over a year apart to cancer, I inherited their dog. During a time of great grief and turmoil, I was blessed and lucky to find Dr. Shannon who offered to help me in any way possible as a new dog owner. From dietary suggestions to yearly checkups to boarding my dog when out of town, I completely trust her knowledge, skill, and advice. She will offer suggestions and solutions to any concern, clearly state the process for any procedure, and clarify the price in advance of any work or treatment. One of the best Doctors in this area!!! I trust her with all of my pets and she always offers me options for when my pet is ill. She has been wonderful helping diagnose and treat my dog that has a thyroid condition so my pet can lead a happy healthy life!

I brought my dog in due to a large mass on her leg that needed to be removed. They charge $75 for a visit. After about 2 minutes the vet decides the mass needs to be removed. So they give me a breakdown of the cost. It was going to cost around $1500 to have it removed on top of the $75 I already spent. To save money, I went to farm and fleet and got the “needed” vaccines that are policy for the office to have done before the surgery. So I paid around $30 total for all the vaccines instead of the around $300 they planned to charge me at the office. This would bring the cost of surgery down.
When I arrived at the office for the surgery, I brought in proof of vaccines. They told me that everything looked great except the influenza vaccine. Which would cost me another $75. I told them that I thought that’s what I got from farm and fleet. But no, I got the PARAinfluenza which is apparently different. I asked if this vaccine would somehow help my dog for this surgery. The office staff said no. It’s “policy” to have this vaccine for their office. I asked them to call the vet and ask for an exception so we can get this mass removed. Especially since it doesn’t help my dog in any way for the surgery and vaccines lower the immune system anyway which isn’t good before a major surgery. The vet said no. It’s a requirement.

I took my dog and left. This isn’t the first time I’ve used this vet. Every time I’ve left feeling that money is more important than the actual dog. Animals are only a pay check here and not family. I personally will never use this vet and I will tell everyone I know not to use this vet. Policy is more important than the actual dog or family situation. And $75 for ONE vaccine? Ridiculous. You can do it yourself for ALL the vaccines for under $30.
