I’m very pleased with this practice! I usually take my girl to a different vet, but for her spay Aberdeen had the earliest available spot. They are efficient, polite, and work in a timely manner. They treat me and my dog kindly and my dog had 2 appointments, both of which went very well. We had a pre-spay exam and the actual surgery, I was pleased and confident with the staff both times.

My dog, named Willow, is recovering from surgery now with no complications. I recommend this practice!

Just LOVE this place and so does my fur baby! Friendly service. Veterinarian and staff take their time to explain what is going on with my pet. They handle him with care. He loves the attention and treats, of course! Just spoiled! Doesn't seem to mind the annual shots, because they're hidden in all the hugs, rubs and smooches he gets! Happy pet, happy pet parent! And best of all, the prices are reasonable! Can't beat that, especially in times like these! Appreciate the follow-up calls to check in on my baby after the fact too! Thanks AVC! 🙂

Went to try and get my pup put down because it was just that time. She cant walk, cant stand, can barely go to the bathroom by herself, and this vet after seeing this same dog for the past like 4 ish years told my father that they wouldn't put her out of her misery because it would be according to them a "convenience kill" and also said she couldnt stand because of arthritis. My dog has cushings and has been struggling FOR MONTHS! I went through so many breakdowns just thinking about getting her put down, and for this vet to say that is cruel and awful. She isn't well and they wouldnt help. A 14 year old Puggle who cant walk or even stand on her own doesnt need arthritis medicine to give YOU more money, she needs to be put out of her damn misery.

I absolutely love this vet clinic the staff is always welcoming and friendly. My 2 girls love the staff as well. They make the dogs feel comfortable and watching the dogs be comfortable puts me at ease. Can't recommend them enough.

I would never go back there. They squeezed my puppy in to reattach his splint on his right front leg, when I picked him up I told the staff member that the splint was not correct and was on backwards and was still loose, she actually argued and talked over me, and I did take him to another vet that same day and she confirmed that the splint was on backwards and not
replaced correctly

Just took our new kitten to this Vet. Upon arrival nobody was overly friendly, which is fine. I just figured since there are about 5 other vets within 15 minutes that I could have chosen, the attitude would have been better.

We provided all documents for our kitten that were provided to us from our breeder. This included vaccination records, receipts from his neutering, rabies certificate, etc.

The $65 physical examination was a joke. She didn't even look at his paws, nails, rectum, or take a temperature.

THEN they tried to give him a vaccination that he supposedly hadn't had yet. Something felt off, so we denied it and decided to read up at home and message our breeder. Lucky we did because he already had this vaccination! It was printed clear as day in the health record we provided to the vet.

Overall pretty bad experience. We will be looking to go to a different vet, especially because there are several options in the area.

I am writing this review for a co worker. She brought her dog into this place and had a horrible experience. Her dog had lumps on her stomach. They told her they needed to be removed and put the dog on a medication. 2 weeks before surgery went back in and was put on another type of medication. They asked her for a deposit for the surgery. I personally have never heard such a thing. The day if the supposed surgery, she went in and was told that her dog should have been on a different medication all along, tried to make her sign a document without reading it. The dog did NOT get the surgery because of how sketchy they were and she had a bad feeling. They refused to give her the deposit back. She ended up going to another vet who did a biopsy on the lumps and told her that the lumps may have grown into the dogs abdomen. She just wants her deposit back because of the severity of the sketchyness.
