I had an urgent situation with my 18 yr. old cat, who has chronic kidney disease, which needed immediate care. Bluffton Animal Clinic was willing to see us first thing this morning, and provided treatment, even though they weren't my regular vet. I'll be switching all of my cats (4) over to Bluffton now, since my previous veterinary clinic can't provide daily or Saturday DVM appointments. The front desk staff were polite and extremely helpful and gracious in getting my cat into the clinic ASAP. The fee for the medical service was also reasonable and the vet didn't put my cat through any unnecessary testing.

Had to put our dog down of 18years. When we went in things wasn't really explained to us. We had to ask all the questions. Wasn't a great experience. Was very awkward all the way thru, definitely didn't make us feel like we chose the right facility, short and rude we thought!!

Lack personal touch and empathy. The people in front for the most part not seem to actually like animals. Been here on a number of occasions. Recently moved here from Fort Wayne and was hopeful for a local clinic to form a relationship with.

Staff was very understanding and caring. We did have some trouble but that was due to Lexie not being used to strangers but it didn't stop the staff from doing the best they could. I appreciate all that they did for her.

We've been bringing our girl here for about 2 years now and we love y'all! They work with you if you don't have all the money up front, a lot of other vets won't! They're always patient and kind to our dog. We always recommend you guys to everyone!!

The doctors and vet techs are awesome! The front office not so much. They make you feel like you’re bothering them as soon as you walk in. If you ask a question they are rude and very dry. I don’t feel comfortable talking to any of them. I’ll be taking my two dogs to a Berne vet instead.

We take our dog, Prudi, to the Bluffton Animal Clinic yearly for her shots & checkups.The office staff are always friendly/helpful. The Drs and techs are the best in all the surrounding area. I am thankful they are here in Wells Co.
