Gracias doctora Garcia, Duneman y muy especialmente a Doctor Diaz y Laura por su ayuda siempre muestran mucho cariño y excelente disposicion de ayudarnos y atendernos cada vez que lo hemos necesitado. First time here at this pet hospital. Huge shoutout to Dr. Alexandria who to took care of my two Shiba Inu’s. She was patient, thoroughly explained everything and really made my puppies feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr. Alexandria and her practice for honest, genuine care. 5 star service for her passionate work, great care and positive experience.

Very thoughtful practice and interaction. My cat looked like he was having some urinary/ bladder discomfort. I made a late afternoon appointment. The front desk team called me back, stating the Vet would like to see my cat sooner than later based on his symptoms. I thought that was so nice that reception triaged my call and saw it was important not a routine visit. The practice worked with my work schedule to get him dropped off/ evaluated ASAP, and worked with me on his pick up time as well. Thank you for the help with my baby!

I took two cats in within the past two weeks and they have been fantastic. My first pet needed vaccines and this was quick and prices were very reasonable compared to the last place I took my pet to. My second cat needed teeth cleaning. They did have a September deal on teeth cleaning but even without the deal I found it fairly reasonable compared to other places that wanted to charge over $400 for cleaning. My kitty had a lot of brown coloring on this teeth and the team got them all off!!! There were no hidden fees nothing. I felt comfortable going to the clinic. Some say the front end staff was rude. To me they didn’t seem so. They answered all my questions. We’re up front before the teeth cleaning. Hey we are human, we may have good days and bad. And who knows. Sometimes they are hungry right before lunch. I know I would be!

Highly disappointed in this GREEDY clinic.

My persian cat has had a chronic corneal ulcer in her left eye for the past 7 years and it flares up every couple of years. Dr. Alexandria wanted to run several tests costing over $240 to confirm something I already knew. I asked if my previous vet sent over her medical records and prescriptions would she be able to prescribe the medications? She told me it could be a possibility and told me to call the other clinic. My old vet contacted this office with my cat’s medical history of corneal ulcers and her prescriptions and assured them that these prescriptions have done well for my cat.

Dr. Alexandria spent a total of 2 mins in the room with me, took my cat to the back, and I never saw her again, only for her to send in two different receptionists to relay the message she is refusing to prescribe my cat the prescriptions and her consultation fee is $67. I couldn’t believe the absolute disregard for my cat. How cowardly and greedy. She never came back into the room to discuss other options with me, she simply dismissed me and my cat if I wasn’t willing to pay hundreds of dollars for tests to confirm something my cat has had a 7 YEAR HISTORY of medical records. Why become a veterinarian if you are going to be so heartless? My cat was in PAIN and I only needed a simple prescription of eye drops to alleviate that for her.

I REFUSED and CHALLENGED the consultation fee because what exactly are you charging me for? YOUR TIME? My time is just as valuable and you WASTED it. Dr. Alexandria was in the room for 2 minutes and I am disgusted they even thought they could charge me that fee.

THEY DO NOT LOVE ANIMALS. THEY LOVE MONEY.

Sadly Lillie has passed but due to the wonderful care that she received here from this facility, her last months were quality months ♡ & her illnesses was acute so no-one knew!
We are so glad that we did all of the dental work for her in April & got all of the bad teeth out of her mouth, what a relief that must have been♡!
We are glad that we got the new K-9 Flu shot for her, that was a relief for us because we walked her around our neighborhood daily & many of our neighbors rescue, it was the responsible thing to do!
The Dr was always upfront n clear with the diagnosis/prognosis or lack therefore.
They let us choose what we could afford & what we couldn't & were quite clear that if we didn't choose something that we might miss something but choosing it might not tell us all we needed to know either, they never misrepresented♡☆
Everyone always treated us kindly & with respect ♡☆ CONNIE even looked up things on her own♡ for my peace of mind ♡☆
No-one was ever rude at anytime ♡☆

Had what we thought was a mini crisis with our little dog & found our vet had retired & didn't know what to do. After calling around for a while, THIS WONDERFUL FANTASTIC FACILITY fit us right in ☆
andAndAND they are right down the road. ... how great is that ?!☆
Fortunately it wasn't a crisis a'tall but she was in distress & they got her right ☆
Dr A was great ☆
The techs were great ☆
The facility overall was great ☆
They didn't charge me as an emergency ☆♡☆
ABSOLUTELY we are going back!

We have been bringing our Charlie to Dr. Diaz and his team for years. We recently brought him in for one of his shots and even during something as small as that, we were treated so kindly. Our Charlie is always greeted and treated so warmly here. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with him.

Wow this place have broken my heart I've been going here for over 10 years abd I just called because my dogs were possibly poisoned with chocolate and and for a quote because we are short on money and guy Named Joy totally disregarded us no care for my pets who have been coming here since they are puppies and they are 15 now. I asked for their vet and for another assistant that has always been nice to us and he just said they were not available and disregarded my dogs safety . This place has definitely changed so much I'm in disgust of it . In the past I could have talked to a vet and Hear what was the next step but he literally told me they are taking care of other customers so we are just a number my pups life don't matter to them.
