We had a bad experience of this Bond Vet location. Bond Vet in general is very expensive and I would have expected a better offering for a nervous dog.

Our dog was a recent rescue who had got an ear infection. He had visited another bond vet location and another vet twice and had had a positive experience. He was doing well with dealing with his stress and fear.

However, the vet in this location was entirely unsympathetic to his nervousness and unhelpful. Ever since that visit, our dog has been much more scared of vet visits and of strangers in general.

When we asked the vet for treatment advice he nonchalantly told us “it was up to us” which treatment route to do, without providing us the pros or cons of different options. It was late at night and he quite clearly did not want to be there. For the high prices charged by Bond Vet, I would have expected a much higher quality of service than we got here. For that reason we will not go back to Bond Vet again and will switch to a different practice.

My wife also submitted a complaint about this visit and received no reply. Disappointing.

I cannot say enough nice things about Bond Vet , their Seaport team, as well as customer service. We opted to get some of our furbaby’s meds from Chewy. They emailed us the approval (regarding a RX medicine) at midnight! Probably only 15 minutes after we had asked. It’s a bit far for us now that we moved but knowing that they take such good care of our kitty, it’s worth it.

Thank you to the entire team that helped us on Sunday with our newly adopted feline. Jasper greeted us and got us right into a room so that our sick, l’il lady wouldn’t get too stressed. The doctor was very informative and gave my husband and I peace of mind once all was said and done. I am happy that my furry one is in such great care and we look forward to visiting for a healthy check up!

My kitten, Libby, started breathing with a rattle in her lungs pretty suddenly so I booked an appointment but decided to show up an hour earlier because I was scared.

The front desk saw the urgency in my face and immediately took us to the back and from there, we experienced top tier service.

The doctor and nurses were so professional and upfront about costs, diagnoses, and next steps. They even called an urgent care to let them know we were coming to submit Libby to the ICU.

This was one of the scariest times of my life but Bond Vet treated Libby with so much care and one of the nurses even gave me a hug (which meant so much).

This was the Seaport location but we've also been to the Somerville office. 10/10 for both.

Bond Vet is the best vet clinic I ever brought my pets to. Everyone is friendly and professional. I love the atmosphere there. It is always clean, and it does not feel like you are in the clinic because it is so cozy. My dog and my cat got the best treatment there. Even tho my dog hates to go to the vet, in this clinic she felt calm and the doctor found a way to make her feel calm during the exam. What I love the most is that you can schedule an appointment online, this is so convenient.

I never leave reviews but Bond has done an exceptional job with our pup Summer. They squeezed her in when they had limited availability and provided the best care. Especially the tech Ali! Their attention to detail and customer care is amazing! So happy to trust them with our precious pup!
