Dr. Cruse has been amazing. Our dog, Echo, got really sick in 2023 and she handled it with love and grace until the last goodbye with our sweet girl. The whole staff is respectful, caring, and are attentive to the concerns and questions you might have. Dr. Cruse extracted 8 teeth from our cat last week, and she executed it flawlessly. Her knowledge and skill level has impressed me so much, and I’ll forever be thankful for her and the team at BRAC.

We have loved going to the Broad Ripple Animal Clinic for all of Zuko’s life! He is always super happy and safe in their hands. Dr. Rice is very sweet and kind and focuses on keep him not stressed. Liv is always helpful too and super kind! We greatly appreciate all of the work and knowledge of the staff here!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They spent a lot of time with my dog and I, answered questions, discussed options, explained things, etc.

Wait was long even with an appointment but that seems like the case wherever you go. And I'd rather be where when my turn comes, I know I'll get the right level of attention and engagement from the doctor.

They misdiagnosed my 15 year old dog, they ran over $600 worth of test but told me she was just old thats why she was drinking water and panting like she was, i told them something was wrong i know my dogs. By the time I took her to the other vet the gallstones where so big they recommended food that was over $120 which i did but ultimately euthanasia was the best option because she wouldn't survive the surgery because she was so old. Not impressed with the level of care and the prices of this place. Wouldn't recommend or come back. I believe i would have gotten another 2 to 3 years with her she was healthy otherwise and still got around good. Go to all pets instead they've never let me down.

BRAC has taken care of all three of our cats ranging from 4 months to 14 years. Everyone we have seen has been very kind and knowledgeable. August is always so kind and accommodating on the phone and in person with helping us schedule appointments and check in/out, and Dr. Stevick and Dr. Cruse have helped us manage a pretty wide range of health issues. We would definitely recommend them!

The staff have all been kind, professional, and helpful with each of our visits over the past 2 years. We now have adopted 2 Near East Side street kitties, and a new foundling from our block. It isn't the cheapest endeavor, but BRAC and Dr. Rice have been so helpful ensuring the health of our wee ones - the elders ,and the new. They understand our budget concerns and needs as well, and for that I'm deeply grateful. They come recommended by a dear family friend and Vet who used to work with BRAC - so you can't get a much better recommendation than that, so I'm sharing our secret with all y'all with hopes it will help you and your furry ones of all sorts.

I took my dog there as a new patient. We live 45 minutes away, but it was worth the drive! Dr Jones and staff were very nice. My dog got a clean bill of health. I like the pet wellness program they offer!

Our 12-year-old lab, Levi, was under the weather, and our regular vet could not see him for a week. I reached out to the BRAC, and they were able to work him into the same-day schedule. Dr. Barr and her vet tech were kind, compassionate, and helpful. Levi is on the mend, and we look forward to revisiting the clinic soon for a recheck. I highly recommend this clinic!
