Horrific! First of all they refused to help me look for a puppy around Christmas time in 2014 and messaged me with articles on "Christmas puppy returns". I have now have had my dog for almost 2 years now! (Not only did I rescue her out of the street with 8 siblings but I even called them to come get the rest. Not only did they not show up for hours but one puppy was hit and killed by a car upon waiting for them.) They never answer their phone nor return messages. (Mind that I have left 3 messages in 2 weeks regarding a missing cat!) And now I am currently standing here (because they won't return my calls) in their clearly open hours on their website with all doors locked and no one in sight! A horrible place! I will never turn a rescued dog or cat to them and will instead call Howard County!!!!!!

Never open during posted hours. NOT helpful in returning lost pets. They want you to adopt your own animal instead of just allowing you to just retrieve your lost pet. PLUS they want "proof" the animal belongs to you almost like a ransome... Much easier if they would just take someone's word and prosecute those that abuse the service.. They went the other way and made it harder for honest people.

Dude was nice but incompetent how long does it take to check out and app it's been three weeks called twice first was a '' I will check and call u back '' and next time was a dial tone or we didn't approve us and doesn't wanna say y cuz I know owning your own home with a fenced in back yard and having a vet for our other pets is crucial to adopting a pet (I have rescued my other dog ) so it's mostlikly he doesn't he doesn't care about these animals what would b better a dog in a loving home or a cold cage
