I began bringing my 3 cats here last year after moving to the area. I appreciate how the clinic was able to add a new client (difficult these days) and quickly schedule their appointments. They also squeezed me in for follow-ups on short notice. The staff are friendly and helpful. The office cat is a blast to visit too

Vet did not even care to listen to the concerns I had about my Kitty. I had just adopted this kitty and she had not seen a vet in over 4 years. The vet talked over me the entire time I attempted to express my concerns, while the vet-assistant just stared at me woth an awkwardly-intimidating look. The Vet spent a maximum of 5 minutes in the room once he entered (that’s giving him A LOT of grace on time), he did not listen to me one bit, continued to speak over me. When he was finally finished speaking over me, he asked if I had any questions. At this point, I was already done with this situation, given the lack of kindness and respect from the moment we got into the exam room, and I said “I did express to you my concerns about my kitty, but you keep talking over me. Therefore, I see that you don’t care to listen to my concerns, I will take my kitty and go”. At this point, the vet knew I was irritated, and his reply was “well I thought we were having a good time, but I’m not for everyone”. Very non-caring. Very dismissive Very condescending. Very disrespectful of me and my family pet. Will not go back there, EVER.

Girls in the front front office are kind, but the “acting vet assistant” and Vet themselves were not up to the par that I would ever want to go back there and take their dismissive and disrespectful behavior.

Loved everything about our first visit everyone was cheerful and helpful and got us in immediately. I was so completely impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of everyone at the clinic! Thank you very much for your understanding and help with our vomiting dog and mischievous kids.

I recently moved back to Logansport and needed to find a Vet for my dog, Kodie, and was given Shell Animal Hospital.

Needless to say I am very impressed with their staff and service. They are very caring and professional people. They treat my dog like their own.

This was my first time at Shell. The staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable. They had everything they needed to make a rapid and accurate diagnosis of my Izzy. They explained everything I needed to know about my dogs condition and made sure I understood the what, when, why and how of the medicine they were sending me home with. I'm so glad I have found this clinic they really do go above and beyond for their patients.
