First time here with our new puppy…couldn’t be more happy with everything. From the checking in, Paige (vet tech), Dr David (veterinarian) to checking out was so enjoyable. Just felt like we had been going there for years. Pricing was reasonable. I would highly recommend.

Took my dog in for neuter & teeth cleaning. Was told the bill would be $368. After waiting all day and never receiving a call to pick him up, I called just before they closed and asked to come get him. When I arrived they informed me that they pulled most of his teeth out and the bill was over $800!! Needless to say, I was not happy!

The bill did not “balloon slightly “ as you stated below. It nearly tripled. And it was clearly stated at that time it was for all procedures we discussed. As for a signed estimate at drop off, it was not the $800+! When it was decided by your team to pull most of his teeth and increase the bill, it was would have been nice if I would have been notified at the time. I never gave consent to pull all his teeth.
I think your customers should be aware there may be things don’t without their knowledge and there may be a considerable increase in how much they will pay.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. We sadly had to put our little guy down unexpectedly and not only did they walk us through the process at our pace but were so kind and empathetic towards us and our situation. This is now the only vet that we will take our other pets to. It is obvious that they are very passionate and thorough with their work.

Oh my gosh, the staff at this veterinary hospital always take the very best care of our dogs and we usually have to come in with little to no notice, yet somehow, they manage to fit us in. We are a breeder of the best Doodles and drive 4 1/2 hours each way to Auburn Hills Animal Hospital for all our artificial inseminations, because we want the very best care for our dogs.

Best vet in northeast Indiana. I’ve been going here for many years and they are consistently such a knowledgeable and helpful and functional office. Through euthanasia of our senior dog and surgeries and basic care for all of our animals, I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinarian who clearly cares for your animals.

Great group of people. They show empathy towards the pet and the owner. Alot of vets don't take the owners emotional state into consideration and seem like it's all about the money and not the pet; NOT Auburn Hills! They showed my very sick kitty so much love and concern, just that level of service calmed my mind and heart. Thank you so much for being so caring.

This clinic is more then just a staff they are like family! They love the animals as if they were there own and treat you like your a dear friend not some stranger off the street! Amazing place!🥰
