They’ve been super good to my both my cats, Luna and Nova. My Luna has some serious behavior issues, terrible stress and anxiety and they’ve got her on medication to help her and it’s been a life savor. I’m very grateful for the cat specialist here and all the staff.

Excellent care for my precious 2 1/2 year old rescue who has bad anxiety. Even though my pup has anxiety she still loves going to see her friends at the Vet. Maybe it’s the treats and belly rubs she gets 😊

I would have given them 5 stars but the first time it happens its a mistake. The second time it happens theres a problem... I used to take my dog Sammy there and was very happy. I sheduled my next appointment and somehow on their end it got lost in translation. This morning I do the same process and call when I get there and the initial girl could not find us in the system and put me on hold. After a few minutes a much older sounding woman came on the phone and said we didnt have an appointment and there was nothing in their system. They were the ones who either sent the email, text or letter telling me it was time for my dog to get a checkup and get a shot. Whats the point of reminding your customer if you agree to a time and it doesnt get put in their system and they just shrug it of like oh no big deal. Youre just gonna have to resecudule. So the much older woman and I argued for a bit and in a snid voice says "Well..you have a good weekend, sir!"........I responded with some choice words and hung up. The professionalism has a lot to be desired and when you book your dogs appointment weeks out because of their schedule..Pretty much chaps my ass!..
...People just dont give a hoot anymore.......So self serving.......and so dissapointed. Karma comes around.......

only thing I wish was you would let people back in . and examine my pet with me there. mostly because I don't want my kitty girls stressed. bad enough one has to be drugged just to get her there. I miss the old way you seemed more personal then its just not very welcoming.
maybe its just me.

They do such a good job at the groomers. I thought she looked really good and they’re so friendly at the vet and the doctor is really nice and everything and will take really good care of your animals animals

They're probably the most expensive veterinarian in the area, but I had a great experience until recently.
I'd enjoyed the expertise of Dr. Kitsen with one of my cats, she helped him tremendously. I then had the displeasure of one of the other veterinarians who had an attitude and was dismissive. To my delight, I've found a different veterinarian in the Fort Wayne area, who listens to my concerns without being dismissive and is much more affordable.
