I have been a foster parent for 3 years now! I am so grateful for all the support from the team at FWACC to the FB group of other foster parents. It's hard when they go back to get adopted, but being able to help kittens otherwise not having a chance to thrive makes it worth it.

I love the foster program at this facility. It gives you the ability to love and nurture animals that need a little extra help before they can find their furever home. The foster program provides everything you need in order to take care of your foster animals. If you have children it such an amazing experience to teach them to give care and compassion to animals in need. I highly recommend filling out an application to start your journey in fostering!🐈‍⬛🐶🐾

Animal Control has an AMAZING foster program. We started fostering kittens this spring for them and it’s been wonderful. They provide everything the kittens need. We just take care of them. They are so friendly and helpful. I take my kiddos with me to our kitten appointments and they love going out to see the ladies in the foster department. So grateful to be a part of such a great group of people. Their staff is amazing.

Amazing staff! I love fostering for them! They provide everything I need for my foster babies!
Also have adopted a few pets from them and the process has been great.
They are doing a great job with educating the public. They have such a difficult task being a shelter that takes in all animals and sometimes have to make tough decisions i praise them for their efforts in controlling the pet population in the area.

I went in just to see what they had. Left with the cutest/sweet boy. Jd and I have been together for 8 weeks now and I am still not sure who rescued who.
Staff was amazing as I had nothing for a dog. Remember I was just looking. I left with everything I needed. They are amazing at what they do. Friendly and courteous as well.

You are doing a great job, and the 2 innocent cat that were shot that is so heartbreaking to know that people can be that cruel, I just became a cat mom 2 years ago to a stray kitten that came to our back door, and I have always been a dog mom, and I can tell you that little kitten put our household through hell but we got him fixed and he is the best cat ever it really calmed him down lot.
I just hope that the idiots that shot those poor fur babies are caught and prosecuted. I hope they find wonderful homes that can show these babies the love and affection they deserve

Took a stray cat that was very sweet and beautiful, would have been a great adoptable cat. We told them we didn't want her back in the community as a community cat. They agreed and said they would keep her at least 5 days to see if they could get her adopted. They kept her 1 day, fixed her, clipped her ear and she was back at our door crying to be fed.

They were pleasant considering assisting with putting down a family member and wayyy more affordable than anyone else in town...$30 and your fur baby's resting place (zipped bag) is included for taking them home to bury. I loved how they were real people who understood the situation, was personable and even shared their own stories about their fur babies while handing out tissues. My family's thankful for them not charging an arm and a leg to say goodbye and recommend going there for your peace of mind/pockets during your difficult time.
